£2m range, depending on which street. North london/Herts borders.

CouldBeOuting · 26/10/2024 19:19

Theres a road near me that has houses very similar to that. They sell fir around 1.75 to 2 million.

My own modest mid terrace house would go on the market for around 550k.

House prices are ridiculous.

HaveYouSeenRain · 26/10/2024 19:03

About 1M in a nicer neighbourhood, 800k in the not so nice ones.

Same (South Yorkshire)

Mynewnameis · 26/10/2024 19:21

1.2 million ish... not really my price bracket :)

WellHelloScottie · 26/10/2024 19:21

They'd probably knock it down near me, and build a bleedin' housing estate!

Nearlyadoctor · 26/10/2024 19:22

1.2 - 1.5 million here Southwest

theredspindletree · 26/10/2024 19:22

Probably £700k in a cheaper area, but up to a million if in a favourable village or near the coast.

user8634216758 · 26/10/2024 19:22

1.5 -2M depending where.

You must be either very young or led a sheltered life.

Probably the latter because it’s not the former

£4-5 million. North west london. Ludicrous prices.

CosyDenimShark · 26/10/2024 19:25

£700k - 800k for something like that here (Devon)

deeahgwitch · 26/10/2024 19:25

Good point re Blackrock and Foxrock @DublinBlowIn.
I didn't see how much land the house was on.
Perhaps Howth and Sutton too if there was a sea view ???

lazymum99 · 26/10/2024 19:26

Just to add. It would then get gutted and redone!

1.5-2m (London suburbs). 340k here would get you a 2 bed house in a slightly less desirable area or a flat in a better one.

PettyPaperwork · 26/10/2024 19:28

Around £2.5million where we live in London. Could never afford that!

anon20 · 26/10/2024 19:28

Between 800-2million depending on the location in a 5 mile radius

NotARockstarOnHiatus · 26/10/2024 19:28

4-5M

GrassWillBeGreener · 26/10/2024 19:29

Probably 1.5-2 million in our street, maybe more if up the hill and round the corner. A couple of miles away in a particularly desirable area 3-4 million possibly. SE small city not London.

GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER · 26/10/2024 19:30

Probably about £2.5-3m. Prices here are bonkers.

WhitneyBaby · 26/10/2024 19:30

1.2 million.

Supermand · 26/10/2024 19:30

£2-£2.5m for a standard 5 bed house. They’re all Victorian terraces though so nothing like that.

Endgameis · 26/10/2024 19:30

About 900, 000, shitty northern village, there's similar nearby going for that

TheChosenTwo · 26/10/2024 19:31

Around 1.2m depending on a lot of factors but mainly how much land there is. SE but not London.

TimTamTime · 26/10/2024 19:31

£1.5m. Expensive part of Scotland.
