About 1.5/2 mil For context I’m in a ‘posh’ part of Hertfordshire

Chandlerbuffay · 26/10/2024 18:50

I like the garden, living room seems small though

Redlorryyellowlorryblue · 26/10/2024 18:50

£1.7m

Imjustlikeyou · 26/10/2024 18:52

Brighton - 1m?

yeaitsmeagain · 26/10/2024 18:52

It looks lovely but I could never live in N Ireland, it's been absolutely decimated by Brexit and the historical and current political issues and violence are still scary. We went to one part where kids threw rocks at the taxi, taxi driver was off his head on something saying god knows what, certain pubs we couldn't go to, all the other people we talked to were subdued and wanted to complain about the state of it all. It's a shame because the views in the more rural areas were stunning. It's been used and abused by both Ireland and England.

LorettyTen · 26/10/2024 18:52

About 1 million in this area

Moier · 26/10/2024 18:53

@£300,000 to £350,000
West Yorkshire.

BatshitCrazyWoman · 26/10/2024 18:53

£3.2 to £4 million. Outer London, green and leafy borough.

MakeItRain26 · 26/10/2024 18:53

About £750-£800k - Essex side of Essex/Suffolk border

MiseryIn · 26/10/2024 18:53

Imjustlikeyou · 26/10/2024 18:52

Brighton - 1m?

More like 2m I reckon!

Beansandneedles · 26/10/2024 18:53

Moier · 26/10/2024 18:53

@£300,000 to £350,000
West Yorkshire.

Ooo where in West Yorkshire?! I've been looking there and certainly seems way steeper for houses like this.

Thunderpants88 · 26/10/2024 18:46

northern Ireland

Where in NI though as north coast, belfast or Hillsborough will attract a lot more £

deeahgwitch · 26/10/2024 18:54

NevergonnagiveHughup · 26/10/2024 18:40

€3m-€4m. Dublin

Where in Dublin would it be worth €3 to €4 million ?
I would have thought max €2.25 million and that would be in D6 or D4.

darksideofthemoons · 26/10/2024 18:55

easily 1.5 million (south east coast)

fantasticoplastico · 26/10/2024 18:55

£1.5 million probably

JadedVeryJaded · 26/10/2024 18:55

No idea but it’s horrible

darksideofthemoons · 26/10/2024 18:56

MiseryIn · 26/10/2024 18:53

More like 2m I reckon!

I'm Brighton and I said 1.5 million! but yes, around that amount for sure

Lauz841 · 26/10/2024 18:57

I would guess about £300,000 but there's literally nothing like that for sale near me to compare! 🤣 I have a 4 bedroom semi, garage and gardens and it's worth about £100,000 we only paid £70,000 for it.

Windmillsofyourminds · 26/10/2024 18:57

On Rightmove, 5 bed detached houses within 3 miles of my postcode range from £700K to £4M. It's hard to say which ones are nearest in style to the one posted.

Why?

LindorDoubleChoc · 26/10/2024 18:57

There are no comparables here - no green hilly outlook and no very large modern 5 bed 3 bath detached houses (SE London).

I'm going to say £2 to £3 million which is a rather unusefully vague.

Motomum23 · 26/10/2024 18:58

About a million I think

Flopsythebunny · 26/10/2024 18:58

Between 350 and 500k in a rural part of West Yorkshire

Shame you had that experience. I have lived here from birth and never seen any violence ever
