Or Bras for that matter. I've got a washing line for the first time ever but what is the done thing?

Of course. And washable period pads. It’s my washing line in my garden.

Comedycook · 26/06/2024 21:20

Yes of course

penelopelady · 26/06/2024 21:20

Yes, get a octopus hanger thing for small items.

Hoglet70 · 26/06/2024 21:21

But on one peg so they dangle as my knickers are huge and the neighbours can see my line. Underwear on the inside of the line and big stuff on the outside to hide it.

Londonrach1 · 26/06/2024 21:22

Yes ..I don't have a flag pole so it have to be the washing line...

BouleDeSuif · 26/06/2024 21:22

Yes, and mine is a communal line in the middle of a block of flats, everything goes on it.

I do exactly the same.

TooLateForRoses · 26/06/2024 21:23

The done thing is to put your sexiest kickers on the line where they neighbours will be able to see them. Put any comfy large pants more out of sight

purpleme12 · 26/06/2024 21:23

Yes
I don't really care!

Hedjwitch · 26/06/2024 21:24

Of course. Why wouldnt you?
We all wear them.

MonsteraMama · 26/06/2024 21:24

Yep, I've got one socktopus for socks and one for undies. My mam thinks it's vulgar but she also thinks eating a sausage roll while walking down the street makes me a godless slattern so I tend not to listen to her.

Lol...sadly I only got boring marks and Spencer ones but love your thinking...trouble is neighbours also got similar boring marks and Spencer ones

Justcallmebebes · 26/06/2024 21:24

Yep. Unashamedly

somedizzyhore1804 · 26/06/2024 21:26

Yes, and my culotte slips which my dh says look like massive bloomers.

Toddlerteaplease · 26/06/2024 21:26

Yes. Why wouldn't you?

JustPleachy · 26/06/2024 21:28

Noooooooooooooooo!!!!!!

Decafflatteplease · 26/06/2024 21:28

I don't but only because with a large family there's so many pants / socks/ wipes etc that they all get flung into the tumble dryer as otherwise half my life would be spent hanging up!

FluentRubyDog · 26/06/2024 21:28

Absolutely. Avoids mould in the house or having to use the dryer. Win win.

To paraphrase a quote on breastfeeding:

If someone's got a problem with it, it's their problem and something for them to take to their therapist.

heretodestroyyou · 26/06/2024 21:29

Bras yes, knickers no.

They get hung in the bathroom in the summer and tumble dried when colder.

Twoshoesnewshoes · 26/06/2024 21:30

Yes, but no one can see in to my garden.

🤣🤣🤣 that made me chuckle. Are you Amy Farrah-Fowler by any chance? (In a good way)

Skyrainlight · 26/06/2024 21:35

Yes, and period pants.

DiscoBeat · 26/06/2024 21:37

Yes, of course. But no one would see it unless they went into the garden. I would probably hang the knickers on the inside of the line if it were overlooked because my pants are my business 😀

soundsys · 26/06/2024 21:39

Yep! On socktopusses!

AllProperTeaIsTheft · 26/06/2024 21:40

Yes, they're just clothes. Everyone wears underwear. I've never understood why some people are so weird about this.
