Sadly Spain is providing ample evidence of why this is all a terrible idea.

Spain’s ‘trans equality’ law is a predator’s charter

Gender self-ID has eviscerated women’s rights.

Exactly @Ponoka7. This happened under and because of the Tories.

I am disgusted at their pretence that they give a shit about women. See also Karen White.Angry

If you mean men say so. And any man can’t just say they’re a woman and everyone goes “Oh, right you are, then”.

Do you live in the uk? That is exactly the situation. Except we don’t go oh right yeah you are then. We think uhm no you’re not. You’re clearly a man with hairy bollocks and a weirdly insecure yet at the same time superiority complex, however we’re not allowed to say so so we say nothing for fear of being sacked / ostracised / arrested. Except that last bit, that’s stopping now. The game is up. We see you male predators and you won’t win the war.

OP posts:
BIossomtoes · 31/03/2024 22:49

I’m not male. Let alone a predator.

Absym · 31/03/2024 22:51

Rainbowshit · 31/03/2024 19:23

There are many many examples of biological and legal males without a GRC just claiming they are a woman and sports bodies say "oh ok then" and let them have access to female sports.

fairplayforwomen.com/transgender-inclusion-is-already-harming-uk-females-in-sport/

Exactly. To ask for examples is like asking for examples of male violence. There are many of them. Too many to count. Do your own research @BIossomtoes . Though you won’t because you and the others who are always on these threads jumping up and down about Labour, suffer from cognitive dissonance on this issue. So you will never try and find evidence which doesn’t support your view that Labour are like they used to be, as opposed to what they currently are, which is a sad sack of women haters.

@TooBigForMyBoots This Tory government is a shitshow and detrimental to women, children and the whole UK.

Labour will be much worse for women and children. Much worse. I can’t bear to think about it but it will happen. Poor girls, poor children, poor women. Unbelievable.

I remember the Noughties. This was not happening then.

Under the Tories however...🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

As a pp has said this has happened all over the world. It’s not a Tory invention but that doesn’t suit your narrative does it.

You're spouting opinion as fact though when it's not.
It's your opinion it will be worse.
I think we'll be much better off under a Labour Government as women and children personally, seeing as there's more to things than just this one single issue.
"Poor girls poor women, can't bear to think, unbelievable" is just hyperbolic nonsense imo.

Well it’s not going to take all that long for the young people / women who have been captured by this nonsense to find the hard way is it.

As much as it pains me to say, when it is them, their sister, their mother, their best friend being assaulted, raped, harmed then gaslight and lied to - they are going to feel very differently and really fucking stupid.

I think a lot of women (me included) didn’t really understand the implications of gender id and stood very much in the “live and let live” camp without any actual critical understanding of what it really means. The “be kind” mantra really did a number on a lot of us but now most of us are well aware of the consequences of gender ideology and can see what is coming a mile off.

I hope to god our younger generations start to cotton on quickly. Perhaps when they see their mothers being placed on mixed wards and being refused the dignity of female only spaces and being called a bigoted old fool by people who are meant to care for and protect them, they will realise what they have done

Exactly. I think most of us were like this. Enabling it to gain traction so quickly.

This website gives a log of good information, links, evidence, background. Shocking most of it. Or may be not.

Just one page talks about the development of the extreme transgender movement (taking women’s and children’s rights) and fire it happened so quickly.

‘The paper outlines the strategy of the transgender movement and it’s inherently anti-democratic tactics. Instead of winning hearts and minds they have appealed to authority, change laws, often by stealth, bypassing a public conversation. Their appeal is based on a fallacious victimhood; deployed to guilt and shame people into accepting their minority world view. This is combined with a suppression of debate and repression of alternative perspectives’

If you think the Tories haven't been able to stop it, why do you think they suddenly can now?

If they can't stop it, then it will make no difference who's in power.

If they can, then what's been stopping them? Could it be that they're lying to try and win votes.

It doesn't surprise me that they think women are so stupid as to ignore all the shit they've done to actively make our lives worse and vote for them based on a sound bite.

No it’s fact. How can you even contemplate that it’s not. It’s been stated time and time again. You know it. But if you admit it your little Labour plinth crumbles, so you won’t.

This government caring about women is as believable as if the green party said they were planning to champion seal clubbing.

GoodAfternoonGoodEveningAndGoodnight · 31/03/2024 23:27

No.
It's not.
(We can do this all day)

My "little Labour plinth?" 😂
What are you even on about lol, I'm not on any plinth just think your post was utterly hyperbolic
Seeing as the Tories have been in power for 14 years and done fuck all about your one issue, and Labour haven't been in power since 2010 ........
You don't know for a fact that they'll be worse, bring on a change, a breath of fresh air.
Not more of this shit from the Conservatives for another 4 or 5 years. That's what doesn't bear thinking about.

They've certainly done that @CrappySack. And anyone with half a brain cell has cottoned on to them.

😂🙈 Anyone with half a brain cell would understand that lots of ex Labour supporters still want to vote Labour but never ever will again whilst Labour state women have penises. Alas the remaining Labour supporters are so transfixed by the tories all they can see is that if people are saying Labour are a big women hating turd, then they must like the tories. That’s the myopic vision. But never mind. It’s been said time and time again so I doubt anything will change now.

Good for you, I usually vote Labour but am more of a floating voter really - the more you post the more I'm convinced that Labour is definitely the better option.
I want a fresh new start. Not more of the same shit and culture wars.

While it's not a Tory invention, the Tories have pushed it and utilised it to the detriment of women and children.Angry
