Answer honestly.
I have mineral water on average 5 days a week, two glasses with dinner and dessert.
The other times coke/ lemonade. But still have mineral water later.

Tap water. Always. Including in restaurants. If I want an alcoholic drink with dinner then I’ll also have white wine. Can’t remember the last time I drank a soft drink.

MeMyCatsAndMyBooks · 04/03/2024 13:44

Bottle of water sometimes a lemonade.

Rosesanddaisies1 · 04/03/2024 13:45

Tap water. How can you justify that many plastic bottles of mineral water, that’s appalling. Wine at the weekend.

JaceLancs · 04/03/2024 13:45

Lunchtime at work water then decaf coffee afterwards
Evening meal at home lime and soda, ginger ale, diet tonic, cbd drink, san pellegrino lemonade

Cas112 · 04/03/2024 13:45

water

rarely drink anything else unless I'm super tired then I will have one coffee in a morning or half a bottle of wine on the odd weekend

Sparklesocks · 04/03/2024 13:46

Water normally. Sometimes a Diet Coke or a glass of wine with dinner. It’s up to you surely?

DragonGypsyDoris · 04/03/2024 13:46

Lunch - water
Dinner - cider

Aquarius1234 · 04/03/2024 13:46

Oh I have tap water at home. I just meant still not sparkling.

lioneggs · 04/03/2024 13:47

Water or tea. Sometimes a diet coke

Aquarius1234 · 04/03/2024 13:47

Some people rarely have just water.

IggOrEgg · 04/03/2024 13:48

Water for the day, blackcurrant or peach squash at teatime. Pinot Grigio if out or if I just fancy a glass at home.

pinkstinks · 04/03/2024 13:48

Squash always 🤣

And some people do..

What is your point for this thread OP, are you going to tell us?😂

SomethingDifferentt · 04/03/2024 13:48

Either water or squash. I try and keep to water as much as possible.

Occasionally a glass of coke zero. Maybe twice a week with a meal at home.

FuzzyPuffling · 04/03/2024 13:49

Well I always have tap water.
Does this cock up your theory, OP? Whatever it may be.

tortiecat · 04/03/2024 13:49

Tap water with both lunch (whether at home or work) and dinner. Don't fancy anything else with meals. Drink a lot of tea the rest of the day.

Are you the dinner drink police? 😄🚨

TomeTome · 04/03/2024 13:50

Water

mondaytosunday · 04/03/2024 13:50

Tap water and for dinner I might have a Diet Coke if at home. Out I might have wine with dinner or a cocktail if special occasion. But always ask for tap water.

DanceToThisBeatForevermore · 04/03/2024 13:50

Water with a splash of cordial.

specialk9 · 04/03/2024 13:51

Tea mainly with lunch.
Squash with dinner

Never water.

If out and having an alcoholic drink with food then I have water as well as.

WildRosesForCathy · 04/03/2024 13:51

At home I don't tend to have a drink at all with a meal unless we have guests and open a bottle of wine.
If eating out I have coffee, wine, gin, rum or lime and soda depending on the venue and location.

BrendaSmall · 04/03/2024 13:52

Tap water is the only thing I can drink due to bladder issues, really struggling abroad with drinking bottled waters

hangingonfordearlife1 · 04/03/2024 13:52

water mostly, nothing at all or diet coke if there's a shared bottle on the table

KreedKafer · 04/03/2024 13:52

With my lunch, a cup of tea, an iced lemon tea, or a Diet Coke.

With my dinner, if I'm at home during the week, usually just tap water, sometimes a Diet Coke. Then I have a cup of tea afterwards.

If it's dinner in a restaurant, or maybe a more treaty Friday/Saturday dinner at home, DP and I usually share a bottle of wine or (depending on the food) we'll each have a beer.
