Answer honestly.
I have mineral water on average 5 days a week, two glasses with dinner and dessert.
The other times coke/ lemonade. But still have mineral water later.

Water or squash

In my country its quite common for adults to drink milk with lunch and dinner, which really cracks me up as that's definitely a child's drink in my mind yet you see grown men at lunch restaurants having a glass of milk with their hot meal.

I got milk with my McDonald's the other day and the woman that served me looked, quite frankly, disgusted 😅

PeloMom · 04/03/2024 16:45

Still water. Sometimes Pepsi zero.

Pfpppl · 04/03/2024 16:47

Nothing. I don't generally drink and eat together. If I go out for a meal then normally coke or some other form of fizzy drink (but nothing with artificial sweeteners in as I can't stand them). Throughout the day I drink mainly decaf tea or squash.

kitsuneghost · 04/03/2024 16:49

Fruit tea for lunch
Usually nothing with dinner but sometimes a fizzy can or diluting juice

ScierraDoll · 04/03/2024 16:55

Sherry before eating, wine with food, desert wine then port with the cheese course and cointreau to finish

Toooldforthis36 · 04/03/2024 16:56

Love my soda stream for a fizzy water hit.

Water or sparkling water

BarbaricPeach · 04/03/2024 17:03

Lemon squash most of the day and Pepsi max with meals. I don't drink alcohol or tea/coffee so Pepsi max is my vice. I don't ever drink plain water unless I'm at someone else's house and desperate. Just don't enjoy it and squash is just as hydrating so I don't see why I should force myself.

PainPerdu · 04/03/2024 17:05

Water. Glass of wine at the weekend, although will also have one tonight as we didn't finish the bottle this weekend!

speedymum1968 · 04/03/2024 17:08

Have one too and I love it. I love being able to make it as fizzy as I want. Love visiting other countries and having their extra fizzy water.

NewName24 · 04/03/2024 17:10

Water - from the tap

I like your style!

Whatevs23 · 04/03/2024 17:19

Coffee with breakfast, tap water with lunch (what on earth is mineral water?), water with dinner and sometimes wine as well.

I don't know how people eat meals with nothing alongside to drink. Don't you get desperately thirsty?

About once a year I'll have a Diet Coke. I rarely drink fruit juice as it's so bad for you. I don't drink squash because I'm not a child.

Nothing. I very rarely want or need a drink with my food. I usually have a cup of tea afterwards.

Me too! My family etc think I'm weird Smile

JJathome · 04/03/2024 17:27

Water here too, I’ve a one litre refillable bottle which comes everywhere with me, unless going out for a meal. I drink 2- 3 litres a day , meal times no different.

if I’m out, then wine, but I order water also.

JJathome · 04/03/2024 17:28

what on earth is mineral water?

it’s bottled water bottled at source, not tap water.

VictoriaEra · 04/03/2024 17:29

Water with lunch - maybe a cup of tea afterwards on desk.
Wine with dinner

Thanks. I'm in the US. We call that spring water, if we're not just calling it bottled water.

Pllystyrene · 04/03/2024 17:35

At home we just have water but if we're out for a meal I tend to have something fizzy 🤷‍♀️

Oh you also get spring water here, which comes from a spring, mineral I think comes from an underground source, and tap is just tap 😁

OMGitsnotgood · 04/03/2024 17:35

Usually tap water both lunch and dinner. Occasionally sparkling water at dinner. On the rare occasion we have fish and chips I will have a cup of regular tea!
Occasionally will have Earl Grey with a sandwich type meal.
If out for an evening meal or at home at the weekend will have wine. Unless we have curry then lager.
