Answer honestly.
I have mineral water on average 5 days a week, two glasses with dinner and dessert.
The other times coke/ lemonade. But still have mineral water later.

Nothing. I very rarely want or need a drink with my food. I usually have a cup of tea afterwards.

Mazuslongtoenail · 04/03/2024 13:54

Squash. I never drink water 🤷🏼‍♀️

Tap water. How can you justify that many plastic bottles of mineral water, that’s appalling. Wine at the weekend.

Edited

Agree with this. Whenever I see people lugging home dozens of bottles of mineral water I do wonder how they justify it.

Tap for me. No juice or fizzy drinks except on special occasions.

Aquarius1234 · 04/03/2024 13:54

This is weird, but when I have pizza I struggle to drink water.

Tap water if I'm at home.
If I'm out for a meal it depends what I'm eating, but I'd still order tap water for everyone at the table.

Ladyj84 · 04/03/2024 13:55

I can't stand water lol so mainly a good cuppa or coffee

KreedKafer · 04/03/2024 13:55

Aquarius1234 · 04/03/2024 13:47

Some people rarely have just water.

So what?

Water is water. It doesn't become less hydrating when you mix it with cordial. Even a Diet Coke is just flavoured water.

ThirtyThrillionThreeTrees · 04/03/2024 13:56

Water...but sometimes I really go wild and might add some ice or a slice of lime or mint or cucumber!

idontlikealdi · 04/03/2024 13:56

Water or wine

Deadringer · 04/03/2024 13:56

I drink a mug of tap hot water with a slice of lemon first thing, a mug of water with dinner, and have tea after each meal. I have a latte or too a day also. I don't drink juice or fizzy drinks, well if I am having a proper drink I will have barcardi and coke.

ohtowinthelottery · 04/03/2024 13:57

Water generally or possibly peppermint tea at lunchtime if I'm in a cafe.
I never drink coke/lemonade or any other fizzy drinks - especially not diet ones.

Feelingstrange2 · 04/03/2024 13:58

Breakfast - coffee and sometimes orange juice as well
Lunch - tap water
Dinner - mainly tap water but sometimes a soft drink (with no sweetners!) And maybe one a fortnight a alcoholic drink such as wine or a gin.

In between meals - I always have a glass of tap water but I'm terrible at drinking enough of it if not with a meal

Emmerald · 04/03/2024 13:59

Lunch - water and tea afterwards.
Dinner - water, Coke Zero or Grapefruit juice and tonic water. I admit I do drink too much Coke Zero 🫢as we don't drink alcohol.

bingoringo4 · 04/03/2024 13:59

Coke, orange juice with lemonade, red bull. Anything fizzy really

LadyKenya · 04/03/2024 14:00

Water, or sparkling water, with a cordial. For dinner, sometimes water, or Fentimans ginger beer.

SirenSays · 04/03/2024 14:00

Sparkling water, fruit juice or squash. Never tap water.

Aquarius1234 · 04/03/2024 14:01

I don't think I'd feel great only having fizzy drinks. That's just common sense. I try hard to drink water more. I'd feel awful just having a glass or two of wine every night.

After a few weeks for sure.

Sugar free squash pretty much all day
Maybe a can of diet something once a month or so

peachgreen · 04/03/2024 14:01

Sparkling water with lime slices. I have a big Stanley-style cup which I fill up a breakfast and lunchtime. At the weekend I’ll have a glass of wine.

JesusMaryAndJosephAndTheWeeDon · 04/03/2024 14:01

If I am not having an alcoholic drink then nothing.

I enjoy wine with food and occasionally a beer. I don't enjoy sickly sweet soft drinks with food and don't find water enhances or compliments a meal particularly.

So normally I don't have a drink with my food and have a tea/coffee/water afterwards.

BouleDeSuif · 04/03/2024 14:01

Tap water. Usually fruit tea as well and then cup of coffee after.

Verite1 · 04/03/2024 14:02

Tap water Mon - Thurs. Wine Fri- Sun (but dinner only). Don’t like any soft drinks.

gingercat02 · 04/03/2024 14:05

Tap water or red wine if having alcohol. Don't like fizzy drinks or tea so my only other drinks are 2 cups of coffee a day. Mainly water.

SameSameButDeliverance · 04/03/2024 14:06

Coffee with breakfast.

Sparking water throughout the day - I drink about 3 litres a day.

Chai tea after supper.

Wine on Saturday night and Sunday lunchtime.

Never squash or sweet fizzy drinks - didn’t like them as a child and still don’t now.

dottydaily · 04/03/2024 14:07

Tap Water. Wine on Saturday
