Answer honestly.
I have mineral water on average 5 days a week, two glasses with dinner and dessert.
The other times coke/ lemonade. But still have mineral water later.

At home either tap water or squash (Vimto.) At weekends I’ll have a Diet Coke.

If I’m out either diet coke or lager/wine depending where I am!

Maddy70 · 04/03/2024 14:34

Coffee or sparkling water

TheGirlWhoLived · 04/03/2024 14:35

Coffee and water with breakfast, water with lunch, water or wine with dinner. I’ll have the odd can of Diet Coke here and there but this is all I drink otherwise!

Springdeclutter · 04/03/2024 14:37

Tap water, but sometimes a glass of milk. I do like a ginger beer on occasion. Usually share a beer with DH on Friday night curry

SleepyTraveller · 04/03/2024 14:39

Tap water with lunch and often coffee straight after
Tap water and sometimes beer or wine with dinner

DramaAlpaca · 04/03/2024 14:39

Tap water or tea.

HangingOver · 04/03/2024 14:40

Soda stream fizzy water. Squish. Zero% beer or alcohol free cider. Very occasionally a diet coke but I have to limit these or I get mad addicted to them again.

therealcookiemonster · 04/03/2024 14:43

tend to have brunch rather than lunch.... so coffee and water. sometimes sparkling squash or rarely juice/smoothie.

dinner - sparkling water or sprite zero. maybe a tea or hot choc afterwards

lots of water during the day, green tea/normal tea

don't drink alcohol

Stressfordays · 04/03/2024 14:43

Coffee until 2pm-ish. Then squash until evening. I don't specifically make a drink for a meal. I usually have a lime and soda or a sugar free fizzy drink in the evening to keep the snack urges at bay.

In restaurants I'll have a coke or a pint of beer depending on time/driving etc.

lap90 · 04/03/2024 14:46

Tap water.

LBFseBrom · 04/03/2024 14:52

Water from the tap. I don't care for fizzy drinks or squashes, the exception being lemon & barley of which I always have a good supply. I'll generally have a glass of juice at breakfast and one cup of coffee or tea but for the rest of the day it is usually water. It's important to keep hydrated.

Natsku · 04/03/2024 14:56

Nearly always water. On Fridays we have juice day, when theoretically we have fizzy pop with our dinner but most weeks I forget to buy any.

I drink a huge amount of black tea throughout the day though.

CORPSICLE · 04/03/2024 14:57

Tea or decaff coffee and water

never drink anything fizzy, gives me gyp

Sksjsndn27373 · 04/03/2024 15:02

At home? Tap water, mango juice.

WonderingAboutBabies · 04/03/2024 15:29

Water only. No fizzy drinks or juices in my household.

Crushed23 · 04/03/2024 15:47

Water.

I have one coffee in the morning.

Sometimes a glass of champagne or a glass of red wine if I’m out for dinner.

Occasionally a can of sugar-free kombucha.

Whokilledrogerrabit · 04/03/2024 15:49

Mainly squash but flavoured water occasionally. I rarely have fizzy drinks unless I'm dining out or at someone's for dinner.

Edited to add that I don't drink hot drinks ever - no coffee, tea or hot choc etc.

UpsideLeft · 04/03/2024 15:51

At home water

Dinner at a restaurant wine

Lunch at a restaurant wine unless I'm working

MasterBeth · 04/03/2024 15:51

It depends.

Water, still or sparkling, wine, beer, tea, coffee, a G&T. It makes me laugh to hear of adults drinking drinks for children like squash or fizzy pop.

UpsideLeft · 04/03/2024 15:52

Up until I had DC I'd drink wine every night at home with dinner, usually half a bottle

TabbyM · 04/03/2024 15:56

Tea or water usually.

gano · 04/03/2024 15:57

I don't have a drink with my meals. The only time I do is if I go out for a meal or have guests, then it's water and/or wine.

popandchoc · 04/03/2024 15:59

squash usually but sometimes a pepsi or a lemonade. If i am at work i have water.

CactusMactus · 04/03/2024 16:00

Tap water
White wine

Aquarius1234 · 04/03/2024 13:47

Some people rarely have just water.

I haven't drunk just water, still or sparkling in over fifty years!

I hate plain water.
