Will my kids get 'bullied' if I make them take their things out with a bum bag?

I want them to have somewhere to keep their phone, wallet and sweets. A rucksack is no good. Would a bumbag be acceptable?

No. Clothes with pockets, handbags, shoulder bags. Not a bum bag.

I have this one to use running and it's good. My phone is a samsung and fills the big pocket so if they have very large phones they might not fit.

The sweets could go in a general trouser or coat pocket.

You seem to have a very low opinion about your kids’ abilities to keep their belongings safe assuming they are old enough to be out of the house alone without supervision in which case they really are old enough to make their own choices about how they carry their belongings.

Yes, bum bags across the body are very normal here for kids aged about 13-15.

Phone and wallet can definitely be carried in a pocket. Especially in this time of year, where they'll have a coat. Most can fit them in trouser pockets all year around.
