That's all for now, we're following the progress of events."

It is just breaking news on twitter but not confirmed by mainstream media but multiple reports of tanks moving towards Moscow. Everything unclear.

It’s legit: all over the news now. Russian military battening down the hatches in Moscow and panicky warnings to the army not to join Prighozin.

I would never bet against Putin: he always seems to be a step ahead. But it can’t help the Russian war effort in Ukraine if they are fighting amongst themselves.

Prigozhin has gone all in and cast his die against Putin and Shoigu. Rumblings of the beginning of a coup in Moscow (with Putin missing in action) but very very early days.

CNN reporting that the WhiteHouse are taking it seriously and monitoring the situation closely.

Multiple reports on Telegram are indicating that the first clash between Russian military and Wagner mercenaries has occurred on the Rostov-Moscow highway outside the city of Rostov-On-Dam.

The Russian military guards have reportedly fled and have abandoned their weapons and armored vehicles.

The 50km military column of Wagner mercenaries is preparing for its march on Moscow to surround the Defense Ministry after the Wagner Chief blamed the Defence Minister for a recent air strike which killed his troops.

The Wagners have reportedly issued a rallying cry for Russians to join them in their ‘March for Justice.’

@TooBigForMyBoots Who better than Prigozhin to know when Putin's forces are weak enough, dispirited enough, disorganised enough to be ousted or turned against Putin - perhaps they now look like an easier opponent than the Ukrainians - maybe Zelenskyy has also been exerting pressure for this to happen; it looks like a turning point.

There’s lots of road closures on the main roads in Rostov and Voronezh, no idea if that’s usual or not though.
