Godzillaisjusthangry · 01/04/2023 08:32

The daily fail have really gone after Thomas Cashman's partner in the paper today, painting her as a gangsters moll.

Do you think she really knew what he was up to? What's the feeling in Liverpool towards her?

AIBU to feel sorry for his kids and wonder what kind of life they will have now? his son and daughter are also victims in this horrible tragedy now. It's so sad.

@thegrain you can’t be serious?

Glittertwins · 01/04/2023 09:33

That whole look on the final day was carefully staged for maximum exposure

That might be the only coat she has ffs.

Sure it is.

Why are you so sympathetic to this piece of absolute human trash. Do you really think she had no idea what was going on, didn’t clock he was a gangster and she was out doing an honest day’s graft, totally clueless about the entire basis of the life they built together? She’s an enabler. Just like the rest of his friends and family.

If you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you

They always know. No sympathy

It’s rented.

Even if the house is rented, she’s still going to lose it a she now won’t be able to afford it. It’s still going to be a massive blow for her. She won’t have the fancy lifestyle as she had before.

thegrain · 01/04/2023 09:36

It wasn't even bright pink. I think the focus on what she was wearing is ott. Focus on her actions and if she did anything illegal or tried to hide what he did sure.

OKFinally · 01/04/2023 09:36

If you lie down with dogs, you catch fleas, of course she knew.

It's a coat. It doesn't matter. The victim matters.

Spidey66 · 01/04/2023 09:41

My wise mum used to say "you can judge a person on the company they keep,"

And while I'm quoting people, Forrest Gump used to say "and that's all I've got to say about that."

Emigratingimmigrant · 01/04/2023 09:41

It actually does matter because you, as a girfliend of a murderer, would have to be right twat to wear pink to a court hearing about a child your boyfriend killed when it's well known that pink was worn as tribute.

This was not a coincidence. No way would I ever believe that absolutely no one around her said "hey maybe not the pink one, hun. You know, the kid's funeral colour"

WhatTheHeckyPeck · 01/04/2023 09:41

I think she did know about it but the questions I ask myself are 1) how willing was she to go along with it? 2) She was with a man capable of extreme violence outside of the home.....what was he like inside it? Maybe she just accepted it for her own, and more importantly her children's, safety.

I am struggling to accept that she was a victim in all this.

It's a coat. It doesn't matter. The victim matters.

The victims mother chose pink for her daughter's funeral.
Seeing that waste of space dressed in pink must have been like a smack in the face.
Like that poor little girls murderer, she's a bastard of the first water!
She knew exactly what he was up to. Don't make the mistake of thinking he's left her penniless, she could have bought ten coats in any colour but pink.

mummywithtwokidsplusdog · 01/04/2023 09:44

She will absolutely have known. Choosing to wear pink is absolutely disgusting behaviour when she knew that was the colour chosen by the victims family.

Babyroobs · 01/04/2023 09:45

Not quite the same but we had a drug dealer in our village who was sent to prison for a lengthy sentence. There was an outpouring of sympathy for his wife when the family were identified on local social media but like cashman's partner this woman had been living of the proceeds of hard drug dealing for years. Can't believe she had so many friends coming out in support for her.

😂😂😂Are you for real ? I know there are gullible people in this world but that remark is beyond gullible.

Greenshake · 01/04/2023 09:42

So am I. She was no victim. She enjoyed every aspect of being a murdering scums woman, including spending the money.
Not all women are victims of scum like him, some positively revel in it.
I'll save my sympathy for the real victims in all this.

BlackBarbies · 01/04/2023 09:49

What I don’t understand is, why were the family surprised that he was found guilty? I read an article which said Cashman’s sister said that he had been set up etc. I don’t understand how they’re pleading his innocence when Olivia’s mum literally saw the events unfold in front of her.

Are they trying to say it wasn’t him who killed her? He’d been set up to chase the Nee guy? It all doesn’t make much sense but I have no clue why they were all so surprised

Emigratingimmigrant · 01/04/2023 09:51

Cause he wouldn't hurt a fly and did shop for his nan, obvs♥️

I hope they take the house away from them, proceeds of crime and all that - apparently their house is worth half a million.

Yes let's make his kids homeless, little bs obviously deserve it. Good god listen to yourself 🤔

Greenshake · 01/04/2023 09:52

@BlackBarbies because they are so brazen in their behaviour and law breaking that they think they will get away with anything.

Nobody is suggesting that.
