The daily fail have really gone after Thomas Cashman's partner in the paper today, painting her as a gangsters moll.

Do you think she really knew what he was up to? What's the feeling in Liverpool towards her?

AIBU to feel sorry for his kids and wonder what kind of life they will have now? his son and daughter are also victims in this horrible tragedy now. It's so sad.

Anyway, I’m off, I don’t have to explain myself to anyone on here

Auxbutteschaumont · 26/04/2023 18:28

So you’re saying your Dad is Chris Farley who’s daughter Rose died in 2012 from an ecstasy overdose in a spiked drink?

LeamaeMarks · 26/04/2023 18:32

No, I never said he was my dad. I said we are related they are my mum’s cousins and on my dad side pancake is related in someway.

VeryApple · 26/04/2023 18:33

Still never heard of them 🤷🏻‍♀️

LeamaeMarks · 26/04/2023 18:34

I have no need to lie all I was saying is I know a lot of what goes on because I have a lot of family who are in that kind of world, I have a big family on both sides, does a load of us

BashirWithTheGoodBeard · 26/04/2023 18:35

People on the internet always tell the truth.

LeamaeMarks · 26/04/2023 18:35

I’m not bothered whether you’ve heard of them or not I’m surprised you haven’t their names being I’m not Liverpool for years it’s like a generational crime family

VeryApple · 26/04/2023 18:36

You could say you were the makers of Farley's rusks and it would elicit the same shrug tbh.

It's not "sheltered" to have not heard of a random family, or to be unimpressed by a certain set of lifestyle choices. I could say you were sheltered because you've not had the same experiences in life that I've had, and because you move in different circles, but what would be the point in that?

VeryApple · 26/04/2023 18:37

No idea what that's meant to say? You definitely are bothered though. Painfully so.

Another poster brought up a different Chris Farley & asked if that’s your dad, you said “no he doesn’t live in nogsy and does the security for gerrard, and his bird Kelly is best mates with Alex”.
The Farley you described as your dad is the Farley who’s daughter died in 2012.

I find this incredibly fascinating, true or not. If it is true, why be proud of being part of that world? I know a child has no choice about where and to whom they're born, but an adult can look around them & decide whether or not they want to be part of a community that kills people? It's really quite sad, in the truest sense of the word.

newnamethanks · 26/04/2023 19:29

leamae wipe your nose, get a cup of tea and get off this thread. You're not doing anyone any favours here, especially yourself.

LeamaeMarks · 26/04/2023 19:29

I totally understand that but by the time you an adult you have already built up a relationship with them they are you family members you don’t see them for what they are known for you see the family face the people who you know and love so it’s hard to Sever ties with them

JackiePlace · 27/04/2023 07:05

Cashman is surely a stooge, and the pulling of that trigger was only the final bit of a long, sordid story that involved many crimes committed by many different people.

The ones who were pulling his strings have got away with it and will continue on their merry way dealing drugs and whatever else they do.

Nothing has been solved by sending him to prison; it will not have an impact on the real problem in any way, shape or form.

@JackiePlace are you honestly saying despite Cashman being guilty of killing and wounding by pulling the trigger, he shouldn't go to prison because 'there's other bad guys out there'?!

Neededanewuserhandle · 27/04/2023 09:19

Cashman is scum and is in the right place.
Anyone trying to excuse or justify him killing a nine year old in cold blood needs to take a serious look in the mirror.

Littlesprouts · 27/04/2023 10:37

I want to give Jackie the benefit of the doubt to have meant nothing has been solved by Cashman going to prison relates to the workings of the wider criminal network, not that he shouldn't be there. Taking it that way, they're not wrong. Things need to change. They sadly won't.

PonyPatter44 · 27/04/2023 10:38

@JackiePlace "Nothing has been solved by sending him to prison; it will not have an impact on the real problem in any way, shape or form."

The trial and conviction FOR MURDER of one minor-league drug dealer was never intended to solve Merseyside's drug problem, Jackie. It was intended to make the man who murdered a 9 year old child face justice for what he did. It appears to have solved that problem reasonably well.

That's how I read it, and if that's what was meant then its correct. Obviously any suggestion that Cashman shouldn't be imprisoned for this particular cog behaviour is risible.

Antiquiteas · 27/04/2023 14:04

Can MNHQ please hurry up and can the mad fantasist twat that is @LeamaeMarks?

And @JackiePlace, you can go too, if you think Cashman shouldn’t have Ben sent to prison for murdering a child with a gun, because there might be worse people out there.

I'd liked to have thought that, but it's the use of 'nothing has been solved' as @PonyPatter44 says cashman going to prison is his punishment for his evil, shitty crimes, its not meant to be solving the issues of drug dealers in Merseyside.
