Firstly, the definition of rape is penetration by a penis without consent. Only men have a penis. This case makes a mockery of the law and the criminal justice process and is a gross victimisation of this victim?

I think you'll find that rape has been a reality of life in prison for men for a very long time. Not that it makes it OK to export that risk to the female estate but let's face it, society is very comfortable with the idea of rape as an additional corrective for male criminals.

I bet the women on here who have daughters currently in prison aren't so unbothered by the men these sorts of women would have their poor daughters share a cell with.

It’s simply, and very sadly, a known side effect of being male, and society really can’t do much about that reality unless they were to keep every man in permanent isolation.
