Has anyone been finding it hard to find stick deodorant? None available in my local Boots or Sainsburys- is there some deodorant shortage I haven’t read about?

All joking apart, I will stock up with a few as it would be a pain to have to take ‘wet’ deodorant or spray eating up my liquids appraised for hand luggage

I bought some on eBay recently, they were shipped from Cyprus randomly but very pleased to have some and they’re didn’t work out too bad price wise

To the same place as all the basic bar soap which seems to be like rocking horse shit.

Glad I spotted this.
Not been able to get any for ages. Well, one shop did have one sort that was about 2 or 3x the price of my usual Nivea or Dove.

Oh I use bar soap and have struggled to get it lately- like Pears the best but has been out of stock on Ocado for ages- I tend to get my all my shopping delivered as don't have the time or inclination to trawl round. Oddly enough all the expensive stuff (£7, £8 for a single bar!!!!) was in stock. Give me 4 bars of ordinary soap for £2 please. I used to work next door to Home Bargains as well and got everything from there but our office has been sold off and I work from home now.

I've had problems getting it from Sainburys - either not in stock or £5 for one Dove stick! However, I managed to find it on Amazon for a normal price so have ordered a bunch from there.

Just an update. There is stick and creme deodorant in abundance where I am in Spain.

So it's definitely a supply problem in the UK.

We also have russian bans so it isn't that. I can only assume it's a brexit import/export issue?

It says made in Russia so I suspect they just have more existing stock still.
I did see Mitchum the other day in Tesco and that’s made in the Uk

The only place I’ve found them is on eBay - posted from Cyprus

Superdrug have one variety of mitchum stick in stock on their website (yellow) for those looking. Others show in search results but you can't add to basket. I just did a bulk order of this one as I'm allergic to sprays, roll ons and creams, they make me very sore. I don't know why sticks are different but I'm really worried about not being able to get them anymore

Supply of Mitchum should be fine I think is made in the US.

You'd think the owner of Dove and Sure must be looking at moving production but that's not something that would happen quickly.

Still problematic in London. I'm about to finish my last (ever?) Dove Invisible, which I'm a bit gutted about as I've been using it forever. I've got a Mitchum one for next time. It was pretty much the only option in our local Boots. Fingers crossed its OK - I liked the Dove one as it didn't irritate. I already use Mitchum spray (sweaty lady, I like to double up!), but I don't find it as effective alone.

If you look on the back of the product youll notice it's made in Russia, hence all shops boycotting these products.

Thanks @MyrtlethePurpleTurtle but I'm sure they're the stick type but with cream in, the solid soap type don't come in boxes. Thank you for thinking of us though.
