Great thread OP. Chicken, bacon and stuffing sandwich always, steak or cheese and onion McCoy’s or wotsits, and either innocent smoothie or Tropicana orange & mango if they have it in.

I need to find the nearest Tesco when I’m next in the office.

I went to Pret the other day and spent nearly £8 on lunch 😱 It was really nice but man it was pricey

HRTQueen · 21/03/2022 20:01

Tesco’s chicken cesar wrap Thai chillier crisps and I pick a drink for ds (I’m happy with water)

M&S chicken salad sandwich (they haven’t changed the recipe for years it’s lovely) plain crisps and a yogurt drink

I’m not keen on Sainsbury’s sandwiches they are often soggy so I get olives with feta cheese pot and a Scottish morning roll

Chicken fajita wrap, berry pot and lemon drink (whichever available, bonus for san pelligrino) Morrisons

HRTQueen · 21/03/2022 20:07

Greg’s plowmans salad roll and salt and vinegar chip sticks maybe ribena (but it’s not as nice as the one you water down at home)

I don't buy meal deals. I think they are just a devious marketing campaign to make defenceless hungry people buy lunch. I prefer to walk past a bakery window. Just looking at all that food is far better than eating it. Then I fill up on dandelions foraged from the roadside.

NeverDropYourMooncup · 21/03/2022 20:17

When somebody does a gluten free meal deal, that'll be it.

Not found one yet, though.

Hopefully those dandelions are doing you over two days though?

Tesco does a gluten free cheese and onion sandwich in its meal deal, it's pretty crap though.

There isn’t nearly enough Monster Munch on this thread.

TopCatTheMostEffectual · 21/03/2022 20:46

M&S - cheese & carrot chutney (food of the gods!)
Tesco/Greggs/Sainsbury/Asda - ploughman’s

Plus salt and vinegar crisps & fizzy water

ComeSailAway · 21/03/2022 21:00

Smoky maple burger, lattice fries and a caramel macchiato.
£2.99 at Tim Horton's.
This is for dinner.
