Because 7.5 is nearly full and we’re still waiting.

Happy days.

RainbowZebraWarrior · 24/02/2022 21:14

Checking in.

War has a funny habit of making folk forget about 'parties' though. Not that war is funny, or that Boris in charge during a Pandemic or a war would have been anything a sane person would have wished on the population.

Zebracat · 24/02/2022 21:29

Delurking to thank you for the thread.

BoreOfWhabylon · 24/02/2022 21:42

Thank you Bossomtoes Flowers

Alexandra2001 · 24/02/2022 22:06

Thanks, though the way its going we could be on thread no 101 and he'd still be there..... depressing.

littledrummergirl · 24/02/2022 23:31

Thank you for the new thread.

Plaice cat king.

guinnessguzzler · 25/02/2022 06:06

The man's a lying bag of lies. And useless in the current circumstances. It was bad enough having him as PM through a pandemic never mind now. Time to go and let someone with any amount of morality, competence and honesty about them step in and do a better job. Of course he doesn't have the combined self awareness and decency to resign without being pushed.

Zonder · 25/02/2022 08:21

No way will he move out now. Being involved in a real live war fits with his idea that he's following in the footsteps of Churchill.

ClaudineClare · 25/02/2022 08:31

Very true.
DuncinToffee · 25/02/2022 08:59

Ha new thread. In case it was missed, Johnson's neighbour also received a questionnaire Cake

CryingAtTheDiscotheque · 25/02/2022 09:01

Checking in (and wishing more than ever that grown ups were in charge of this country Sad)

UnconditionalSurrender · 25/02/2022 09:21

Is this the one where we get derailed by Tony Blair once knowing a Ukrainian and Gina Millar being a bleedin' foreigner? A break from Keirs beers and the definition of refreshments. All to distract us from the Tory party being steeped in Russian money.

borntobequiet · 25/02/2022 09:39

Yes, it’s always interesting to see who turns up on these threads. Thanks for this one.

itsgettingweird · 25/02/2022 11:45

Thanks for new thread.

Going back to previous thread. I like Penny Modaunt. I think it speaks volumes that a Tory donating Russian/Ukrainian doesn't like her and should butt out!

I suggested she'd make a food next PM. She may be a Tory but she has values I admire.

Ihatebullies2022 · 25/02/2022 12:14

Anyone else think De Spaffle is rubbing his hands with glee at this awful turn of events? He'll be thinking he's untouchable now.

Peregrina · 25/02/2022 12:43

Perfect for him: nothing practical for him to do, so he can spout 3 word bollocks to his heart's content.

AuldAlliance · 25/02/2022 13:02

And along with "But Corbyn," now we have "At least he doesn't bomb his neighbours and put poison in his political opponents' underwear."

CryingAtTheDiscotheque · 25/02/2022 14:04

Johnson, last November, smirking as he blathers on about there being no risk of armed conflict in Europe

Notonthestairs · 25/02/2022 18:25

PMK. Thanks for the thread Blossom.

I see one of the responses blames all that on Cummings. Which is an interesting admission that Johnson is incapable of forming his own views on this somewhat important issue.

balalake · 26/02/2022 09:57

@CryingAtTheDiscotheque most children would do a better job, or at the very least not pick the least able friends in their class to work with them.

ClaudineClare · 27/02/2022 09:20

Ukraine will by saved by Johnson, who is now on the frontline according to this unintentionally hilarious tweet.

Cllr Joe Porter 🇬🇧 (@JoePorterUK) Tweeted:
Our Prime Minister @BorisJohnson on the frontline with our Armed Forces coordinating the UK's response to the invasion of Ukraine. True global leadership! 🇬🇧🇺🇦 #StandWithUkriane t.co/FVf8j3QLQs twitter.com/JoePorterUK/status/1497694675850956802?s=20&t=xonHtnv8jOpk0X1FwYQ0OA

balalake · 27/02/2022 09:28

Perhaps whoever manages Mr Johnson's social media has been talking to the person who manages that of Mrs Truss.!!

AuldAlliance · 27/02/2022 09:42

This Liz Truss?

See also the tweet, now pulled, from a Tory MP suggesting Ukrainians apply for entry to the UK via the seasonal worker scheme:
