Sheridan Smith & Keeley Hawes

Anyone else just fed up of seeing their faces? I don’t hate either of them & Sheridan in particular is extremely talented ..you can’t blame them either for taking all the work offered to them. But my lord they seem to be in bloody everything to the point i’m starting to avoid anything they are in.

(There must be male equivalents equally over exposed and ubiquitous but names are escaping me right now!)

Sheridan IS talented but can definitely be a bit hit and miss in some things depending on what form she’s on. And the Teacher drama was just terrible all round.

Four Lives she was brilliant in though

The more Sheridan the better ! She was amazing in Cilla, and I’ve enjoyed the latest two things.
I’ve not seen Keeley in anything recently, but she’s another great actor.

I love them both, particularly Keeley Hawes, I make a beeline for anything she's in.

No of course Sheridan doesn’t control when programmes are aired. Nor can you blame her or Keeley Hawes for taking the work. But both have become a bit ubiquitous!

I like Sheridan Smith, and I think she had an extended break from work. Maybe there's just a backlog of stuff she made during the past 12/24 months or so, and as pp said she can't control what the schedulers do.

The only thing I've seen Keeley Hawes in is Line of Duty, so I can't say I've noticed there's a lot of her on the telly.

Haven't see KH for ages whereas SS seems to be ruining everything lately.

I like Sheridan Smith. Keeley Hawes irritates me for some reason. It's her facial expressions.

Also amazing (ly vile) in It’s a Sin. I’ve loved SS since the Royle Family with her wafer-thin ham Barbara 😉

If they are in it i at least know it'll be good and well acted and I won't be wasting my time watching!

Bradley Walsh is in everything , a few years ago it was David Jason. Ant and Dec, phillip Schofield, Dermot OLeary. Agree that David Tennant was too.
I like Sheridan Smith and Keeley Hawes personally- I think when Sheridan is ropey it is normally a poor script.

I like to see a bit of a gap so the characters can reset in my head.

That said Sheridan is an amazing actress and gets into whatever role really well

The more we see of successful, talented women the better, imo.

The last thing I saw Keeley in was It’s a Sin. She was great in that. Also liked her in Ashes to Ashes several years ago. I think she’s a great actress.

I think they are both good, so no I don’t agree with you. I don’t understand the point of your post, there’s literally hundreds of channels, if you don’t want to watch them and have personal mental health issues surrounding them both then don’t watch them.

I used to like Sheridan Smith but my teeth itch even typing her name now! This is purely down to the drivel that was 'The Teacher' and that constant "You tell your truth Noah and tell it hard" advert Is literally ringing in my ears!!

I'm dying for a good binge watch this half term .. but I'm all Sheridan's voice'ed out now!!
