I just think that’s very convenient is it all made up to garner sympathy. Can’t trust anything that’s said in regard to BoJo !

To he honest he could probably go on TV eating a cake and say 'I'm eating a cake' and I still wouldn't believe him.
So true 😂

Yes and this is why I feel it is futile for him to cling on. How does Johnson turn this feeling, which many people have, around?

For anyone saying he deserves a bit of respect - during the first lockdown my friends husband died at 33. He’d been in hospital for months for something non Covid related and had serious complications.

While he was in hospital and we were in lockdown their first baby was born. A baby which because of restrictions he only met twice in person in person before he died when the child was ten weeks old, the second being when he was actually about to go.

Things like this were happening and Boris flouted the rules. He is not sorry for doing it but only that he got caught

This man we call prime minister deserves zero respect.

@Peregrina

Do you approve of that? Elderly people shivering outside in their cars or standing in the cold. It's the same at my GP surgery and it's a bloody disgrace.

Of course I don't, but I was replying to Clavinova's response Like a visit to a GP surgery/baby clinic/hospital for non-Covid matters? Avoid those places? suggesting that it wasn't No 10 Party Central were the baby picked up the illness but a health care visit. Which for very many people meant no face to face visits. I don't think you can catch covid over a zoom call or a phone consultation.

But it was all wrong. I had breast cancer during the main pandemic. I had a tiny tumour which I identified and it was only because I am a bolshy cow that I got seen face to face. I now have a vaccine triggered illness which has required many appointments. I feel heartsick about all the illnesses and trauma that have been missed by people who 'didn't want to bother the NHS.' I personally couldn't give a fuck about the Downing St 'parties'. I wouldn't have expected anything else
