I am just absolutely just so angry with Paul Hollywood. The way he as a man thinks he knows better then Prue. The way he ‘lords’ it over others. The bullying handshake. Just his tactics. I don’t like him on television. I don’t think a lot of people do. He flirts like a lech with the younger female competitors in GBBO.

I just don’t think people like him should be on our televisions anymore. He a bit of a Jim Davidson.

Whatever you say about Paul Hollywood, I don't think for one minute Prue allows herself to be 'lorded' over. By anyone.

I can’t stand Paul Hollywood but I think the Jim Davidson comparison is a bit far. Paul Hollywood has never been racist to my knowledge?

He's a pain in the bum. He has far too high an opinion of himself and he uses hair gel like it's 1997. But comparing him to Jim Davidson is a bit much.

I would like if they 'refreshed' the GBBO team though.

Prue had a michelin starred restaurant, and founded Leith's cookery school. Incredible woman, she's done loads - well worth having a look into her history, but does make you feel a little bit small in comparison!

Something switched in him around series two of bake off and he turned into thinking he’s gods gift. That whole thing with ruby was just cringy to watch.
Then he went to America and had the affair.

I know what Prue has. I don’t think GBBO give her the respect and allow Paul to be above her.

The show needs an overhaul if I'm honest.

Sorry OP, that was in response to a previous poster saying that Paul knew more than Prue - I got a bit indignant on her behalf

Wrong way around - Prue opened and ran a Michelin starred restaurant of her own.

Hollywood has been a pastry chef at some fancy places, but not Michelin starred as far as I know.

Yep, fewer than that for me.

I dislike him. He seems to favour done contestants and take against others. He was vile to Pru a couple of series ago - sexist and ageist. I was shocked he'd said it and shocked it made the edit.

GBBO has been spoiled by dickheads Noel and Matt. I loved Jurgen in this series because he didn't even pretend to find them funny.
