To want to ‘cancel’ Paul Hollywood?!

I am just absolutely just so angry with Paul Hollywood. The way he as a man thinks he knows better then Prue. The way he ‘lords’ it over others. The bullying handshake. Just his tactics. I don’t like him on television. I don’t think a lot of people do. He flirts like a lech with the younger female competitors in GBBO.

I just don’t think people like him should be on our televisions anymore. He a bit of a Jim Davidson.

I quite like Noel when he's talking to the contestants but I don't like the forced humour with him and Matt.

I haven't minded Matt this year, but I could take or leave him.

I watched part of an episode with Sandi the other day and had to turn it off because of her. I find her unbearable.

I think the GBBO team are phoning it in, and get away with murder because the contestants are so charming and personable. I love Prue, like Noel, can tolerate Paul but MATT MUST GO.

I loved how Jürgen completely ignored Noël faffing around him. Hollywood didn't like him, hence no handshake last week. But hey Ho. The worst thing about the show is Prue's necklaces

I hate the absolute misogynistic bullshit of the “Hollywood Handshake”. Why does only HIS opinion matter? Prue is far more talented, and lovely, than he can dream to be. She deserves a better cohost tbh.

I stopped watching the bake off a few years ago as was starting to dislike Paul Hollywood. He does come across as a bit sleezy.

But he doesn't need "cancelled". No one makes you watch his shows. Don't like him don't watch.

Masterchef could do with a major refresh too, just in case anyone fancies writing a letter with helpful suggestions to BBC foodie producer types. Gregg Wallace needs to disappear.

Matt Lucas is absolutely terrible in it. At least you get the send Noel is interested enough to ask questions, he just gurns stupid faces and talks in daft voices

He's a pain in the bum. He has far too high an opinion of himself and he uses hair gel like it's 1997. But comparing him to Jim Davidson is a bit much.

Yup. For me he's the weakest link on GBBO and I'd love it if he went - he's never gonna, though!

I read a Sue Perkins interview in which she said that she used to bash Paul Hollywood on set with baguettes with full force and such like and he would carry out epic revenge pranks. I have to say I was surprised.

The GBBO is beginning to look rather tired.

Noel is okay on his own, but there is no natural chemistry between him and Matt. It's cringeworthy, to be honest.

As for PH ....... he needs to go, absolutely. Never very palatable and now definitely way past his sell-by date.

I'd say keep Prue and bin the rest and start again.

It is dick swinging in the extreme and Prue just enables it by saying shit like " If I gave handshakes I'd give you one" - just give the handshake then!!!! PH has probably got it written in his contract that only he can do them. I'm honestly so over all the nonsense about Paul's tan and stare and handshake and stuff, even if it is done tongue in cheek it is just puffing his already inflated ego up even more.

Matt and Noel just don't vibe together really, very different comedic styles. I more a fan of Noel's than Matt's but that is because I much preferred the Mighty Boosh to that awfully cringy and at times tastelessly offensive Little Britain.

The contestants are what has made it this year, really a shame to see Jürgen go at the semis. Thought all 4 were excellent and thought he might be in trouble when Paul didn't like his first bake.

What puts me off Prue is the 'worth the calories' shite. What a cliché of how women think about food.
