I'm guessing a lot of people will say NO.

It's really grating on me.

Definitely not

LawnFever · 17/10/2021 19:30

Not a fucking chance! Why can’t he do it himself? He’s a grown man!

monkeysox · 17/10/2021 19:30

Nope.

HappyTimeTunnelDinosaur · 17/10/2021 19:30

No, I'm his wife not his mother and he is not a child.

Piapiano · 17/10/2021 19:31

No, it's not the 1950s.

Kanaloa · 17/10/2021 19:31

Obviously not. I’m sure you already know that.

SylvanasWindrunner · 17/10/2021 19:31

No. He's 36 years old and can manage to find his own clothes.

UpToMyElbowsInDiapers · 17/10/2021 19:31

What?! No!!!

Tailendofsummer · 17/10/2021 19:31

Hahaha no.
Though I do do most of the laundry as I'm part time, so I suppose he'd be surprised if zero laundry had been done, but he would just stick a wash on it that case.

fussytodd · 17/10/2021 19:31

It's very frustrating. I'm just at home more, because I work from home and he has a very hectic schedule outside of the home, so he comes home and just crashes.

OP posts:
TumtumTree · 17/10/2021 19:31

Wtf? You get told off if he can't find something?

AtLeastPretendToCare · 17/10/2021 19:32

Er, no. But what is the set up because I await a massive drip feed here.

PackedintheUK · 17/10/2021 19:32

No. In fact when I was a keen young wife 30 years ago and made my first attempt at ironing a shirt, DH (very politely) told me I hadn't got the sleeve creases right. I haven't ironed another shirt since.

rainyskylight · 17/10/2021 19:32

No. And I don’t iron his shirts either. I do ask him to take some stuff of mine to the dry cleaners when he takes his suits though.

SpacePotato · 17/10/2021 19:32

No.

Your husband is an arsehole.

AhNowTed · 17/10/2021 19:32

Of course not.

He washes and irons his own stuff.

As do I.

You know this isn't right.

What did his last slave die of.

AutumnLeafy · 17/10/2021 19:33

No. I do often get "have you seen any clean xyz" ro which I just say no.

Oh poor baby

Well he can crash after he has sorted his own clothes out

Brollywasntneededafterall · 17/10/2021 19:33

Tell him you don't need a vagina to organise clothes...

Shehasadiamondinthesky · 17/10/2021 19:33

Ffgs. I work long hours in the NHS, I've never expected anyone to do my washing for me
What does he think k this is 1800.

mayblossominapril · 17/10/2021 19:35

No but if he’s can’t find something I do offer assistance

AnyFucker · 17/10/2021 19:35

No. Because I am not his servant.

Wellonlyifihaveto · 17/10/2021 19:35

Sounds like an entitled knob
