Anyone got any Adult DC with no tattoos

Has anyone got any young adult children who don't have tattoos and don't like them. My DS who is 21 said that he's never getting a tattoo as he doesn't like them. It made wonder how common are tattoos nowadays?

DC have none...nor do most of their friends.

Nope, 3 x 20-30 year olds. No interest in them. No piercings either.

Our kids age 18&22 have none. Dated look IMO.

Most people I know in their 20s and 30s have at least one. I'm in my 30s and don't have any and neither does dh. I've never wanted one and dh always says he would quite like one but he's too indecisive when it comes to choosing a design.

I do, my brother doesn't. My mum hates them.

My aunt's DC who is 25 has 3 leg tatts, wants more. Her DP has leg, back, chest and and hand/finger tatts. He doesn't have piercings, she has tongue and lots of ear ones.

I do think tatts are starting to look a little dated now, maybe because they are more accepted and older people have them. Just lost that shock value, so i guess that's a turn off the youngsters. I agree with PP is more of a British thing.

I don't know anyone under 55 with a tattoo in a personal capacity.

3 x 20-something DC, none have tattoos.

My 3 adult ds's don't have any. they know how much I dislike them, not that that would stop the having them if they wanted.

DS and DD (both in their 30's)don't have any, My DDIL has quite a few, and I like them. My 38 year old niece has a couple of small ones.

Neither of mine do, I hate them and impressed upon them the lifelong nature of tattoos

My DDs are 23 and 28. Neither have tattoos and are very unlikely to get any in the future.

I'm in my 30s and most adults I know (friends and family) do have one or 2 tattoos or more. Me and my hubby however don't have any. I'm sure we are the only ones.

1 out of 3 doesn’t have them. I’m not thrilled, I hate them!

My four grownup kids have no tattoos, but I have two!

They have been done to death now, neither of my two sons show any interest in them and l think they look awful.

DH and I are early thirties, no tattoos. Our siblings don't have any either and I don't have many close friends with them

One of mine has a stick n poke her friend did at Uni... Luckily it's small and very discreet.

Mine have no tattoos, however they are babies. 😁
Of course I won't mind when they're key old enough, if they decide they want some.

I have a 20 year old without tattoos but that's down to closure of tattoo parlours thru Covid and lack of funds . He has them all planned .

No tats in this family at all and six young adults. I don't see the appeal really.

My adult son doesn't. I don't really think about it. I'm nearing the big 50 and have started getting them. Its not something that is reserved for the young tbh.

Two adult children, one has tattoos, one doesn't and neither does her husband.

My mum has a couple of small ones and dad doesnt. I have loads and an almost completed sleeve, 3 out of my 4 sisters have a few aswell
