Italy. I also love Tex-Mex, but appreciate that that's a fusion cuisine.

Probably American because its so varied!! But it probably counts as fusion food as so much is influenced by other countries!

Fried chicken, gumbo, biscuits, shrimp po boys, traditional bbq, new York pizza....

Its difficult as traditional food i do unlike what we get. I love Mexican, but what we get in the uk is nothing like traditional Mexican, ditto Indian and Chinese!

A proper lasagne, a proper curry, a proper paella, tortilla, a good roast. All magnificent.

Vietnamese, my absolute favourite. I could eat it all day every day. Followed by Korean, Japanese and then Thai

I like things from most cuisines though m. The only (mainstream) cuisines i don't really like much from is Japanese.

I like most cuisine, but my favourite is Italian.

Never tried Vietnamese
