Spain. The Basque food culture is amazing, Spanish seafood is the best in the world and the red wines aren’t bad, either.

Oh, yes, by the way. Seafood wise Spain definitely takes the prize.

English, then Italian, then american. Then Spanish. I find you can't go wrong with food in Italy tbh. Also love a German sausage and a Swiss fondue - anything with cheese tbh

Middle Eastern/ Moroccan or Thai.

Lebanese - all that meat grilled over charcoal, amazing salads, dips and flatbreads. So delicious.

Favourite is Chinese although I appreciate its not true Chinese as I’m talking about food from Chinese restaurants or takeaways in the U.K. so not duck tongues or chicken feet. More stir fry type dishes like chow mien or rice.

Georgian, particularly in Georgia. The most delicious vegetarian food I've ever tasted. Walnuts, aubergines, peppers, breads, cheeses; the wine is special too.

Levantine Middle Eastern, followed by Japanese

I agree, Malaysian has it all. Laksa changed my life.

Laughing a bit though at the number of posters on this thread unable to answer the question and giving a long list of different foods.
