Georgian! Just so completely different from anything we had tried before!

I love them all but Spanish probably. the best food I have ever had was in Singapore - such a crossroads of cuisines.

There is an afghan restaurant near us and the food is incredible

I need to try Vietnamese, so many have mentioned it here. What Vietnamese dish should I try first?

Try pho. It's a fragrant broth with noodles, herbs and often meat. Absolutely wonderful. Definitely in my top ten or my last meal list! (It's pronounced fuh, not foe)

On the back of this thread I found a Georgian restaurant. Delicious and as pp have said very different. So another cuisine on my list of favourites!

@Etinox if you want to cook an easy but delicious Georgian stew, look up chanakhi.

Italian wins because it’s all good, from starters through to mains and desserts. They also do the best red wine, the best beer and the best coffee.
