Lighthearted

I’ve had a few hard weeks but having cancelled all plans for the next few days, things are looking up. DH, kids and I are having some PJ days with very little effort involved.

So what wondrous feast did you have for breakfast?

I had:

1 parsnip
1 carrot poached on butter
2 roast potatoes dipped in ketchup
5 forkfuls of Black Forest Gateau
Handful of grapes
Diet Coke

Currently watching Groundhog Day and considering a second plate, maybe this time consisting of cheese.

Toast! I did eye up a plate of roast veggies...

crosser62 · 26/12/2019 10:22

2 potato cakes warmed in the toaster, 2 slices of soft white warburtons bread...as a sandwich with brown sauce smothering it.
A “posh” coffee made with one of them fancy coffee machines I got for Christmas.

Nice, carb loaded, calorie laden but a treat.

Foghead · 26/12/2019 10:22
