Yep! Super easy - unwrap, stick garlic/white wine /sprigs of rosemary or thyme in the top, wrap in foil, put back in box and stick in oven for 20 mins or so (should be completely wobbly to the touch). Eat with crusty bread and veg sticks.

Yes and it is so delicious. I do the Jamie recipe, bake with garlic and rosemary, serve with chunks of bread roasted in the oven at the same time covered in Rosemary and garlic and olive oil - oh we adore it in my house, it is a Christmas staple.

Make sure you buy a camembert made from unpasteurised milk, for the best results. Often called Baking Camembert, but read the labels if you can't find a "Baking" cheese.

Yup! I stud it with time and garlic then drizzle with olive oil and a spoonful of white wine. YUM!!

We normally have one between two. Yum!

I would never eat a whole one myself. My sister gets it from a lovely cheese shop near her at Christmas and we have it in my Mum's house as a late night snack when we have our annual family gathering. It does give me weird dreams though!

It’s easy to eat, very moreish, so as long as there are a few melty cheese lovers it won’t be too much.

We share. 1 between 2 is plenty of you have lots of bread. If you don't have the time / space / will, you can just bung it in the microwave. Obvs remove all non-suitable wrappings first.
