Mine cost £95 which I don't think was that bad for about 100 items

cucumberandcarrot · 13/05/2019 18:59

Around £170🤦‍♀️

TheFlis12345 · 13/05/2019 19:01

£78 for 2 of us. More than I was expecting as we didn’t actually buy much as we are out a couple of evenings this week (though £15 of it was Wine).

Aimily · 13/05/2019 19:02

£101.83 its the most expensive shop I've had in the past few months. But I did get a lot of naughty bits and cleaning stuff on top of my food list, can't blame anyone but me for that 🤦‍♀️

Kneehighinshit · 13/05/2019 19:02

£67

isseywithcats · 13/05/2019 19:02

£107 but thats two weeks full shop for 2 of us

ComeOnGordon · 13/05/2019 19:02

I probably spend about 100€ on food a week for me & the 3 gannets

LakieLady · 13/05/2019 19:03

£52.78 (for 2 adults), but we ate out yesterday.

ComeOnGordon · 13/05/2019 19:03

But 2 of them get a hot meal at school Monday - Thursday

Thesearmsofmine · 13/05/2019 19:03

£80 for 5 of us, that was mostly at the supermarket plus butchers for meat.

NannaNoodleman · 13/05/2019 19:04

£66 for 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 cats.

I'll get at least 7 meals out of my 1kg chicken Grin (joke).

I seem to have meal planned some cheapo meals this week... winner!

roundligament · 13/05/2019 19:04

£140 and I have to get more at some point this week
2 adults and a toddler but I got some doubles of things because my husband has gone away on a course and has taken things like loaf of bread etc with him
We spend around 200-250 a week on good

HBStowe · 13/05/2019 19:05

£61.37 for 2 adults. That’s 3 meals per day until Monday (so 7 days overall).

SnowWhitesRestingBitchFace · 13/05/2019 19:06

We spend roughly £60 a week for 2 adults and 3 DC (12, 5 and nearly 1).

darkriver19886 · 13/05/2019 19:07

About £30. There is just me.

JingsMahBucket · 13/05/2019 19:07

Placemarking. I’ll return later after looking at receipts at home.

Noonemournsthewicked · 13/05/2019 19:08

£39 for 2 adults.
Did another £35 shop a couple of days before for the pets. Our food bill would be miniscule if it wasn't for the animals.

HBStowe · 13/05/2019 19:08

It’s amazing how much of a range there is!

VeniVidiViciTwice · 13/05/2019 19:09

Approximately £100 (both this and previous week) I have been following a diet (ww) and so was cooking everything from scratch and it actually really bumped it up compared to the non-healthy convenience food that we normally eat (pizzas, nuggets, frozen veg etc).

unicorncupcake · 13/05/2019 19:09

DH did an Aldi shop today which cost £37. This will take us up to Friday when we’ll have fish and chips 👏👍 no idea what we’re doing at the weekend so one of us will go to the supermarket on Saturday morning to pick up stuff for the weekend.

VeniVidiViciTwice · 13/05/2019 19:10

Should have said that was for 4 of us, 2 adults, a teen and preschooler.

pink412 · 13/05/2019 19:10

Be around £120 a week. Was £100 yesterday just for drink and snacks for a few neighbor coming over

purplereindeer · 13/05/2019 19:10

59 ish. Two adults, three children. All of the children take packed lunches to school. I'm likely to top up 5-7 pounds worth of bread/milk/treats tomorrow.

Stravapalava · 13/05/2019 19:12

£80 but I forgot some fruit and painkillers and milk. Top up cost me £15. 2 adults, 2 primary age DC and an ancient DCat who must (according to her) eat a certain type of expensive food.

Turquoisetamborine · 13/05/2019 19:14

We have increased our food budget to £80 a week recently. We buy tons of fruit and veg though so I think that’s pretty good for two adults, 11yr old and 4 yr olds who take packed lunches. I did work out my parents probably spend £20 a week on food for us too as they always have armfuls of smoothies, milk, bread, eggs, juice, dippers etc for us as they like to help.

SuziQ10 · 13/05/2019 19:15

£115 over two shops. For 3 of us. We were entertaining on Sunday though so got a bit more than normal, including 2 bottles of wine.
