AIBU to be shocked at people just randomly buying and scoffing easter eggs before easter! It never crossed my mind. dashes off to the shops

Are they including a Creme egg or a couple of mini eggs in that, maybe?

I'd imagine they'd be sick of them by Easter, fancying a bar of fruit and nut now grrrr xxx

I bought them in December (mini eggs and creme eggs were in Smith's!), flew them 1/3 of the way round the world, and stashed them til last week until a neighbour had a horrendous week, so I took her a creme egg. Kids saw the stash, and insisted we made nests.
Easter eggs are typically the only UK made chocolate I get out here. Egyptian Cadburys isnt the same!

My 19 yr old DS and I shared a twirl one last night; it was delicious.

I was given a shed load of mini eggs (cunningly disguised as a box of cereal) for Mothers Day and they're nearly all gone. I may not have been solely responsible for all the scoffing though.

We won a few Easter eggs at a fundraiser the other day. We shared one out around the table and ate it there and then.

The actual eggs bought for Easter are sitting on the side under a strict Lenten embargo. They will not be touched until the first church service of Easter has been completed.

Mini eggs are delicious and can must be consumed year round.

I bought lots of Easter chocolate last Friday and we have eaten over the week. I love Easter chocolate and baking!

Well I'm letting my kids eat there's now as we won't be in the country over Easter and can't take them with us.
