To be annoyed at woman from DofE car crash?

Whatever we think about Prince Phillip and his driving, the accident happened and two ladies were unfortunately hurt.

However, I am watching This Morning and getting some level of rage about the clear compo grabbing attitude of this lady! Crashes happen every day and she has no need to be splashed across every news paper and programme because she wants an apology!

The Royal Family have even said they have tried to be in touch but not getting a response. What does she want?!

She has said she is chuffed but will not display the letter but put it in her file with the rest of the documents relating to the accident 1 one wonders if she will use it to show blame as he has apologised, also interesting that now she has the letter she decides to tell us she does not need an operation on her wrist . Love the way the press state ten days after the accident Philip wrote to her when if you read the story we can see he wrote four days after the accident it is ten days to day the day of publishing so that's rather naughty of the press

So in future will everyone who is the victim of any accident or injury receive a hand delivered sort of apology letter and explanation before the investigation has been completed.

Well if people involved in an accident sometimes got a kindly letter expressing regret and wishing them well ,would that be so terrible ?

It crossed my mind when I saw the headline but actually I think this doesn't involve anyone else and is something like the car was caught on a speed camera but EF has not declared who the driver is (probably her!). I love that it's come back to bite her though! Horrible woman.

I saw this article yesterday

Maybe she has recently changed address and not updated the logbook and so never received any correspondence about the traffic violation and therefore never replied re who the driver was?

This oversight after moving home/changing address really catches so many people out!
