To be annoyed at woman from DofE car crash?

Whatever we think about Prince Phillip and his driving, the accident happened and two ladies were unfortunately hurt.

However, I am watching This Morning and getting some level of rage about the clear compo grabbing attitude of this lady! Crashes happen every day and she has no need to be splashed across every news paper and programme because she wants an apology!

The Royal Family have even said they have tried to be in touch but not getting a response. What does she want?!

the initials and all that.

LuluBellaBlue · 23/01/2019 20:37

@teagiveaphoebethetrots...... thanks for the confirmation Grin

Dongdingdong · 23/01/2019 20:37

@LuluBellaBlue If email is genuine, I can still see your name through the black scribble. Maybe ask MNHQ to remove the pic.

Why would it matter if you can read Lulu’s real name @EinsteinsAbsolutelySoberHCB? We’ll all know it in a few days’ time anyway, when it’s plastered all over the Sun (unless the whole thing is an elaborate wind-up, that is).

LuluBellaBlue · 23/01/2019 20:39

I’ve requested both posts be removed.

BlueThesaurusRex · 23/01/2019 20:41

I hope people calling you out as a troll will apologise.

Fat chance, I know Grin

snaggletastic · 23/01/2019 20:43

go lulu! I shall make a nice decaf in your honour

LuluBellaBlue · 23/01/2019 20:43

To be fair i know what it’s like waiting for info from a poster! If I could say stuff then I would and didn’t intentionally spill the beans and then withdraw it.
But if I repost it will just get deleted as (rightly) I could be lying and that’s not fair.
Luckily the news agency have tonnes of proof. Like 20 documents Wink

ArchiesMumm · 23/01/2019 20:46

I don't know why she's so fixated on receiving an apology, she won't get one 🙄 I was thrown off my motorbike because the driver pulled out without looking. 4 people in that car and not one apology.

Although they did put in 4 lovely whiplash claims against me 😊

snaggletastic · 23/01/2019 20:47

jeeez.....

ArchiesMumm · 23/01/2019 21:00

ok I've missed something, I really want to know Lulu's story 😱

snaggletastic · 23/01/2019 21:04

its worth the wait.

EinsteinsAbsolutelySoberHCB · 23/01/2019 21:05

@Dongdingdong True. But I figured that Lulu wouldn't have gone to the trouble of blacking out the name if she wasn't arsed at being outed just yet.

It may never get plastered all over The Sun.

CantWaitToRetire · 23/01/2019 22:34

Saw this on my FB timeline (from Dom July) and it made me laugh...

  • Dom Joly, not July!
FoxFoxSierra · 23/01/2019 23:25

This woman really is coming across as a whiny little compensation seeker, professional victimhood! It's pathetic! I have to say though that it says a lot about range rover's safety features that a 97 year old can be in a 60mph crash, roll the car and walk away with barely a scratch!

Anapurna · 23/01/2019 23:36

FREELANDER!!!!!!

user1457017537 · 24/01/2019 04:27

It is well known that Landrovers/Range Rovers are one of the safest cars to drive. It is one of the reasons for their popularity.

EnteratA · 24/01/2019 09:24

I'm quite interested in the way the police handle certain types of crime so I wonder if Lulu can give us the general gist of how they responded when she reported the fraud she experienced with Emma.

SinisterBumFacedCat · 24/01/2019 12:23

I'm not convinced Lulu is real

Mummylife2018 · 24/01/2019 12:24

@LuluBellaBlue I missed all your posts and have no clue what it's about! When will it be in The Sun please? Thanks xx

VanGoghsDog · 24/01/2019 12:45

It is well known that Landrovers/Range Rovers are one of the safest cars to drive. It is one of the reasons for their popularity

You know they are different cars, right?

VanGoghsDog · 24/01/2019 12:46

I have to say though that it says a lot about range rover's safety features

It doesn't really say anything about a Range Rover's safety features, since it was a Land Rover.

snaggletastic · 24/01/2019 12:58

lulu is real.

Member · 24/01/2019 13:24

I doubt Lulu’s story will make the media unless:

  1. A weekend paper is reviewing the week and Emma Fairweather’s interviews are re-hashed

OR

  1. Emma Fairweather does launch a private claim for damages/the DoE is charged with an offence.

Unfortunately, Lulu’s involvement with the Press Agency was late in the day on Monday by which time the court of public opinion had decided Emma Fairweather’s account was designed to garner fame & fortune. Add to that the time needed to substantiate Lulu’s claims and the news cycle moves on.

If scenario 1 or 2 occur where the DoE is involved/affected, then Lulu’s story may be deemed newsworthy at that point.

What I’m trying to say is don’t judge the credibility of Lulu/her story purely because it hasn’t appeared!

wigglypiggly · 24/01/2019 14:13

Why are people going to the press? If the DoE wasn't involved no one would have known about this crash and it probably wouldn't have even been in the local news. Surely the police and insurers deal with the accident and the fraud department, police or Courts deal with the other issue.
