What is the ultimate Jacket Potato filling?

My pregnancy craving is jacket potatoes! I can't stop

My absolute favourite is butter, tuna and cheese.
Sometimes I add beans to this too, hot or cold ones. Or just beans and cheese, or cheese and red onion.
Then there's beans and cheese..
Veggie chilli and sour cream..

The potato has to be slightly mashed with a fork in the middle and then covered in butter before any toppings are added.

Also, I went to a cafe today who didn't pre butter and gave me butter in a little pot - how on earth do you add butter to an already filled potato!?

Mmmmmmm AIBU to ask what the ultimate jacket potato is?

I have seen the word ‘lashings’ so many times on this thread & it’s just the worst.

Also pregnant, also craving tuna jackets! Tuna mayo with sweet corn though, no cheese.

Do them in the microwave til they're soft then cut in half and scoop out the potato, mash it with butter and add loads of cheese, scoop them back into the jackets and put them under the grill til they crisp up and brown slightly, amazing xx

I love jacket potatoes when they’re done properly in one of those special ovens. Crispy skin & wonderfully fluffy inside. The filling I have depends very much on my mood but I do love prawns, maybe in mayo or maybe in cocktail sauce. Tuna pineapple & cottage cheese is delicious.

Salted butter, grated cheese with spring onions and bacon lardons with a MASSIVE LOAD of mayo.

Cheddar cheese. Plus a decent knob of real butter of course.

Other options are nice for a change - cheese and beans, cottage cheese, chilli con carne, all good. But the cheesy spud is the king.
