Girl has come in with hair down to her bum.

Requested it's cut to the collar bone.

Stylist tied it in little pony fails and cut removed the bands and it's up her neck the girl hasn't seen it properly yet and it looks slightly longer in the front. They have taken her over to wash her hair.

Omg omg omg shes going to go mad! She's just returned from basin whilst I'm typing! That is not collorbone length they have fucking bobbed her!!

If she's like me she'll thank them heartily and then go home and cry (like I did with a bad haircut once).

Oh my goodness I know people say it's only hair it will grow back but I would probably raise hell.

He is now cutting it to give it some style I can see the girl in the mirror she's gone really quiet I know it's only hair but I feel sorry for her. Stylist realised he's fucked up and is now talking about graduations..... She asked for one lengh hair!!! This is bad!

Oh no, this happened to me once. I specifically asked for my hair to be cut below my jawline. They cut it to above my jawline and with my very square jaw I looked awful for several months.

It's not my hair and I have a lump in my throat! Her poor hair is just laying there all lifeless and limp on the side still attached to the hair bands. She's gone red in the face like she's holding tears back. And the salon is empty apart from me and this girl.

Wouldn't mind but this is a pricey salon...Im only having a balayage £150

I don't understand how a professional hairdresser can make such a monumental mistake. She clearly said cut it to the collarbone so there's no excuse for cutting it shorter than that. She should complain.

Eurgh there’s nothing worse than a bad hair cut. Poor girl she must be feeling rubbish right now. I hope she doesn’t tip!
