I’m at home in bed today (day off work) with bad period cramps and all I want is my mum’s homemade tomato soup with warm crusty bread covered in lashings of butter.
My OH’s apple crumble would go down nicely right now too.
What do you crave when you’re feeling sorry for yourself? Or when you just fancy something that you really enjoy?

When I'm ill, nothing but cheese on toast will do.
Thick white bread and tasty vintage cheddar.

Loonoon · 25/04/2018 11:28

Poached egg and mashed potato with extra butter and black pepper. Or if it has to be quick a tim of sweetcorn warmed up with butter and black pepper. Or if there's no potato in the house, pasta with butter and black pepper. So basically carbs with butter and pepper.

FridgeCut · 25/04/2018 11:30
