DH leaves for work at 7.30, I leave for the school run at 8.30. I was the last one in the bathroom for the last 3 mornings. Just got home from work and for the 3rd day in a row there is wee in my toilet! It definately wasn't there when I left, DH works miles away so it wasn't him but someone (or something) has been weeing in my toilet! So what is it? A ghost incapable of flushing? The cat has somehow come way beyond litter training? I mean what the hell is happening?!

You've got something in your u-bend that's discolouring the water. I think poo.

JayZed · 14/06/2017 15:59

Four words. Woman. Hidden. In. Loft (lighthearted btw)

QODRestYeMerryGentlemen · 14/06/2017 16:01

Man hidden in loft more like!

icantfindagoodname · 14/06/2017 16:02

Good god you may have cracked it! My landlord has builders in the house next door... Which has no toilet! If DH fails in his mission to bring a camera, I will set a trap! After making sure there is no lurking poo of course.

Haffiana · 14/06/2017 16:04

Is the seat up or down? No way would the builders put the seat back down and not flush...

CherieBabySpliffUp · 14/06/2017 16:05

My vote is for a clever cat Grin

icantfindagoodname · 14/06/2017 16:06

seat left down. I am also suspicious of the cat! It is probably her revenge for letting the kids name her Mrs Flossiekins Pussington.

icantfindagoodname · 14/06/2017 16:07

Oh and I don't think the builders were in today so I think they have an alibi.

Ooh I love a good mystery, place marking also.

CiliatedEpithelium · 14/06/2017 16:09

Place marking deluxe Grin

Ifartrainbowsandglitter · 14/06/2017 16:11

Flossiekins Pussington 😂😂 (totally misses point of thread)

Eliza9917 · 14/06/2017 16:11

We had this too - except it wasnt just wee...

What did it turn out to be?

Eliza9917 · 14/06/2017 16:13

Ignore me, I've just seen

TheBeastInMsRooneysRoom · 14/06/2017 16:13

Loft troll.

MsWanaBanana · 14/06/2017 16:22

Dying to know who it is now (secretly hoping it really is a ghost!)

maddening · 14/06/2017 16:25

Placemark!
far too invested Grin

icantfindagoodname · 14/06/2017 16:30

DH home around 7 so will get him to plunge and check the loft (I am too much of a shit bag). If that fails I will set a trap and update as soon as I catch the culprit!

Of course a cat with a name like that is going to urinate into a toilet. It's refined.

Our cat is named after Bond villainess. I caught her excreting onto DD's bed a couple of times. Fortunately being unceremoniously dumped into the litter box effectively communicated by opinion of that.

No, she isn't named Octopusssy.

Rubyslippers7780 · 14/06/2017 16:35

Oooooooooh

JDelanysCleanHorse · 14/06/2017 16:35

I also think it's your cat.

Years ago when had a cat that would wee in the toilet-me & dh used to think it was a leaky tap till we saw her doing it!She also used to wee in the mop bucket!

Putting a bit of talc on the floor round the toilet sounds like a good idea.

PossumInAPearTree · 14/06/2017 16:37

Be the cat.

Hissy · 14/06/2017 16:39

Seat down... no loo roll?

Can you deadlock the doors when you go out?

Failing that... report it to your landlord and get him to call out a plumber... the call out charge might flush him out

steff13 · 14/06/2017 18:57

No, she isn't named Octopusssy.

Pussy Galore?
