What is your favourite plain biscuit?

No chocolate allowed but I will allow cream ones .
I'm off chocolate and want a nice biscuit to have with my cup of tea.

It's all about custard creams, but why do they dissolve so quickly in tea??? You have to be the quickest dunker in the world. But when you manage it, it's manna from heaven.
