No chocolate allowed but I will allow cream ones Grin.

Rich Tea - smothered in butter

NewStartNewName · 10/10/2016 20:27

Or Garibaldis (sp?) - we always called them dead fly biscuits

mimiasovitch · 10/10/2016 20:27

Digestives every time. Especially with sticky toffee cheese on too, but then that's basically a cheese based dessert.

HellonHeels · 10/10/2016 20:53

Arf @ Catholic shortbread!

HellonHeels · 10/10/2016 20:54

ExDH used to like these godawful biscuits that were two salty crackers sandwiched with a lemon cream filling. All kinds of wrong!

Secretmetalfan · 10/10/2016 21:00

Malted milk and foxes cremes (if allowed as plain)

ChardonnayKnickertonSmythe · 10/10/2016 21:02

Malted milk. Lovely, especially when dunked.

HunterHearstHelmsley · 10/10/2016 21:28

Rich tea with butter... Lovely.

BowieFan · 10/10/2016 21:33

Cocolepew

My mate said that! He thinks the only reason she won't show us the box is because they went out of date in 1978 and she's had them stockpiled for years. Wouldn't surprise me, if I'm honest.

BowieFan · 10/10/2016 21:34

I'd just like to advise you all on the heavenly creations that are... malted milk biscuits coated in milk chocolate.

They are the Rolls Royce of the Biscuit World. They're so popular in this house that I have to hide them in the salad drawer in the fridge, because I know DS1 and DS2 won't venture in there!

missyB1 · 10/10/2016 21:38

Shorties (the round sugared shortcakes).

Katedotness1963 · 10/10/2016 21:41

Simmers make choc chip gingers. Actually they make a few really good flavours, and plain also...

harrypoooter · 10/10/2016 21:42

Ginger nut!

CrikeyChief · 10/10/2016 22:22

Shortbread are the nicest plain biscuits, sugary buttery loveliness.

Agree with BowieFan about delicious chocolate malted milk too.

Sparklesilverglitter · 10/10/2016 22:23

Foxes cream crunch or a good old classic custard cream
