Apologies for the daily mail link and apologies if its already been done, I did have a quick look and couldn't see anything.

An old work friend posted the video of this on Facebook last night and it is horrendous... (And this absolutely doesn't excuse it) but she thought she was doing it for a holiday, but it turned out to be for a drink.

I feel so sorry for her parents (and for her actually)..

I think the rep who organised this 'game' should face prosecution...

Which law were you thinking of?

NickNacks · 04/07/2014 12:15

What would you prosecute them for ?

curiousgeorgie · 04/07/2014 12:15

Well, isn't offering her a holiday as a prize and then giving her a drink called holiday some kind of crime...?!

mercifulgibbon · 04/07/2014 12:16

I feel sorry for her that is has gone viral the way it has. Apparently a certain website found out who she was and sent the unblurred video directly to her family too which must be mortifying for her. It's something that could follow her forever and judgemental people will use it against her.

I don't know how they could be prosecuted though.

curiousgeorgie · 04/07/2014 12:19

I'm not saying that doing that for a holiday isn't atrocious, but to be misled into doing it just seems incredibly unfair.

Tbh, some of the women I've seen on holiday would have sex with 24 men for nothing.

She's over 18 she can do what she likes IMO.

worldgonecrazy · 04/07/2014 12:26

Did those same people put as much effort into finding out who the men were, sending the video to their friends with comments about it following them forever and judgemental people?

It's sad, but they are all adults and free to do what they want. The judgemental comments being aimed at the woman and not at the men, speaks voluments for our society.

curiousgeorgie · 04/07/2014 12:26

But she didn't do it for nothing... They promised her a holiday and they were lying. How is that okay..?

That poor girl.

:-(

Shame on the men who took advantage of a girl who was stupid/drunk.

PeppermintInfusion · 04/07/2014 12:28

Something similar went viral about a girl a Slane festival in Ireland last year. Think they threatened to prosecute people sharing it etc. who names her (she was underage as well). the poor girl ended up having a nervous breakdown and being committed for a while as far as I recall.

If this was a rep from a package company, they should definitely be revealed as they have totally taken advantage of her. Yes she partook, but they created an environment in which this was permissible.

SignYourName · 04/07/2014 12:29

Apparently the claim is that the drink in question was called a "Holiday". I've no doubt it was deliberately designed to mislead but I don't think any crime has been committed.

Plus what worldgonecrazy said. Double standards ahoy.

PeppermintInfusion · 04/07/2014 12:29

Also the men have clearly taken advantage of the situation - she must have been incredibly drunk, could she even consent?

gamerchick · 04/07/2014 12:32

Poor bugger.. that's going to stick for ages. Mega hangover cringies .

dreamingbohemian · 04/07/2014 12:33

I agree OP. Couldn't it be a kind of fraud? Businesses aren't usually allowed to do bait and switch type practices. I see the local police are looking into it anyway. I don't know about Spain but many places have laws about sexual activity occurring in proximity to alcohol being sold, unless you have a special license.

I think the fuckers who organised this are vile.

shakethetree · 04/07/2014 12:35

If she's willing to perform a sex act on 24 men in a crowded bar I doubt she's overly worried about her performance ending up on YouTube.

curiousgeorgie · 04/07/2014 12:37

I'm not so sure about that...

Obviously she was incredibly drunk, and just because she did that doesn't mean she wouldn't feel absolutely awful about the fallout...

honourinoneeye · 04/07/2014 12:38

I see the Mail asks if we know her and if so to email them.

They aren't interested in naming and shaming the men, though.

Nice.

BarbarianMum · 04/07/2014 12:39

I think it's fraud.

But tbh she has bigger problem than the lack of a holiday. Either she was so drunk it was sexual assault or she has no common sense and little self respect.

curiousgeorgie · 04/07/2014 12:39

Her poor parents, I can't even imagine.

OP posts:
BarbarianMum · 04/07/2014 12:41

Oh and the men involved? No common sense or self respect either. And I hope to God they did check she was able to consent. Angry

waterducksback · 04/07/2014 12:42

And we wonder why foreigners look upon British girls with DISGUST. And the men are just as bad.

Its ALWAYS the British that act slaggy and cheap on holiday......wtf' s wrong with them?
They give everybody else a bad name!

I watched a programme recently where a holiday rep was scouting the room for people who were the most wasted and then encouraged them to go on stage and do a complete strip tease.

What horrified me were the people in the audience, who had phones out.. and were filming closeups!

I think that holiday reps that promote this sort of behaviour should be prosecuted.

LongTimeLurking · 04/07/2014 12:44

Why is it 'poor girl' and 'men taking advantage'? She should take responsibility for her own total lack of self respect.

Most women, even when totally blind drunk, do not start jumping from one man to another offering blow jobs.

sanfairyanne · 04/07/2014 12:44

surely it is some kind of organised sexual activity crime? a type of pimping

poor poor woman/girl. this will define her life for a long time

sanfairyanne · 04/07/2014 12:45

poor girl because the videos and images will be on the internet forever

curiousgeorgie · 04/07/2014 12:49

And poor girl because I think it's clear she was taken advantage of. She was so blind drunk, in the video she's stumbling around, her breast keeps coming out the side of her top... She looks totally out if it.

It made me feel... Sick actually.

Her state was probably her own fault, getting so drunk isn't really the best choice, but a whole bar full of people and not one of them thought it wasn't a good idea? Where were her friends?

It is so sad. This will ruin her life.
