Apologies for the daily mail link and apologies if its already been done, I did have a quick look and couldn't see anything.

An old work friend posted the video of this on Facebook last night and it is horrendous... (And this absolutely doesn't excuse it) but she thought she was doing it for a holiday, but it turned out to be for a drink.

I feel so sorry for her parents (and for her actually)..

I think the rep who organised this 'game' should face prosecution...

OP posts:
TucsonGirl · 04/07/2014 14:30

The girl is just as responsible as any of the men involved IMO. She might be young, she might have been drunk, but no more so than any of the men. There are no innocent parties here, everyone involved is at fault.

LaurieFairyCake · 04/07/2014 14:33

This is 24 counts of rape if it happened in Britain

If it happened here I would expect the rep and company to be prosecuted for arranging the rape/encouraging the rape

Bambambini · 04/07/2014 14:34

She did what she did by there is no reason for the gleeful public hounding and humiliation or the fact that she seems to be the only one really taking any flak - dirty female must be punished.

Bambambini · 04/07/2014 14:36

Why would it be rape? How drunk was she and did she consent?

glasgowstevenagain · 04/07/2014 14:40

Would it have been ok OP if they actually did give her an actual holiday!

glasgowstevenagain · 04/07/2014 14:46

so would it have been 24 counts of rape against her as she is the one taking the clothes off the guys.

If it was a guy having sexual contact with 24 girls he would be the one who would be questioned regarding sexual assault (assuming they were not consenting).

I would say that in the real world this situation is not rape

TucsonGirl · 04/07/2014 14:47

I don't see any way at all that it can be construed as rape.

fledermaus · 04/07/2014 14:53

Consent gained using deception isn't actually consent - so I guess that would make it rape or at least sexual assault? Plus the question of whether she was sober enough to give informed consent.

glasgowstevenagain · 04/07/2014 14:55

She gave the blow job though!

So she would be the rapist surely - if anything the males were as deceived - "we were just trying to help her win a holiday"

fled - following your argument if a drunk male gave cunnilingus to a number of females in the same situation - they would be guilty of the offence not him..

Really??????????

fledermaus · 04/07/2014 14:55

And surely the rep is promoting/soliciting sex in return for a holiday = prostitution?

MrsBoldon · 04/07/2014 14:57

I saw the video because it was posted on here last night with the AIBU to think this is disgusting? Meaning the girl is disgusting and I clicked on the link because thought there was no way someone would put that on MN so it must have been something else. It wasn't and I reported it straight away and it was pulled.

So awful that anyone was involved in this but she was going from one man to the next trying to pull their penises out, from the bit I saw several were pushing her hands away and moving away from her. Awful that all these young people were involved, awful it was filmed and distributed.

I too saw behaviour like this on Magaluf years ago, it's happened before and will happen again but it's sad that it happens at all. For any of the young people involved.

glasgowstevenagain · 04/07/2014 14:57

so here the rep is to blame and the girl would be guilty of multiple sexual assaults!

glasgowstevenagain · 04/07/2014 14:58

if anyone wants to see the video to make an informed decision I would say that the video is totallyNSFW

and probably .com

glasgowstevenagain · 04/07/2014 14:59

^^^

She was the one who was attempting to assualt!

LaurieFairyCake · 04/07/2014 15:00

It is not possible to consent if drunk - she is very obviously drunk.

I'm not saying that out of some 'oh, she can't possibly perform a sex act on 24 men sober' in some judgemental way

But because she is very obviously drunk and you can't consent while drunk

Whether you agree with that definition of rape is something different - under the law it is rape.

glasgowstevenagain · 04/07/2014 15:01

Lauire,

So if the males were drunk also, and as PP say she was pulling their clothes off them,

Who is raping who!???

Serious question

JellyBeansHaveNoAgeLimit · 04/07/2014 15:02

The rep was basically pimping her out! Surely if she was performing sex acts in return for a prize this is prostitution? This should definitely be investigated as a police matter imo

glasgowstevenagain · 04/07/2014 15:06

Jelly - so what about the males who did not want involved but she continued to assualt them, should she also be investigated

LaurieFairyCake · 04/07/2014 15:06

If the men didn't consent it would be sexual assault if she persisted to pull their trousers down. Not rape, obviously.

glasgowstevenagain · 04/07/2014 15:07

so then no one raped her, also a sexual assault?

LaurieFairyCake · 04/07/2014 15:09

The sexual offences are defined as;

Rape
Assault by penetration
Sexual assault

I believe it would be assault by penetration - in America 'oral rape'

thecageisfull · 04/07/2014 15:09

I don't know what I think

Consent gained under deception makes it rape but it wasn't the men she gave BJs to who deceived her.

I wouldn't assume the men were significantly less drunk.

I've seen a few seconds of the video on my FB feed. She is pulling dicks out of mens pants and sucking on them. Maybe if I'd watched the whole thing then I would have seen men putting their dicks in her mouth but I didn't. If a drunk person stuck his head up my skirt and gave me oral then I would think I was the victim, not them.

Surely it's illegal to perform a sex act in public (which would lead to her and the men being prosecuted)

Is it illegal to 'goad' people into doing things like this, especially when they are drunk? If it's criminal then does it fall under a conspiracy law or maybe prostitution/pimping.

I would think a 'prize switch' would be illegal in general but there was unlikely to be any written T&Cs and I imagine the rep would get off with an "I was only kidding" defence.

I think it would be worth investigating the holiday company to see if it is a company policy or a rouge rep. (I suspect the former)

glasgowstevenagain · 04/07/2014 15:10

So why did you mention Rape in a previous post, it was not in america, she is not american.

She is guilty of a number of sexual assaults...clearly

MrsWinnibago · 04/07/2014 15:10

I'm sure I recall a radio station getting in trouble with the law for a similar "trick" and yes OP. They SHOULD be prosecuted.

DottyDooRidesAgain · 04/07/2014 15:11

All who were present have some level of responsibility.

The girl.
The men who participated.
The rep who encouraged it.
The bystanders who watched it happen and did nothing to stop it.

I can honestly say hand on heart I would have stepped in and tried to stop it.
I once stopped a girl dancing in a club. She was virtually preforming a sex show by herself and was clearly very drunk. I approached her friends who thought it was hilarious as did the 10 + guys all cheering her on. In the end I informed the bouncer that she was so drunk she could end up in a terrible situation and I would tell any that would listen that the club did nothing even though they knew. They basically encouraged her friends to take her home. I always think that situation could of ended very badly.
