To be angry with disrespectful women!

I'm talking about the women that know a guy is in a relationship yet continue to hit on him or upon hearing he has a girlfriend out right says 'I'm only up for a shag anyway, am I wasting my time?' Handing yourself on a plate like that to someone with a girlfriend and child is just low.

I obviously can't speak for all women but i wouldn't dream of hitting on somebody if they was in a relationship. I find it so disrespectful!

This happens quite a lot with my partner and it really angers me.

AIBU to let this bother me as much as it does? The woman I mentioned above might of got a peice of my mind..

I'd wonder what sort of women he keeps surrounding himself with and why if this keeps happening. Or even if it is actually happening. Do you witness it or does he tell you?

He's quite friendly. But he makes it clear he is spoken for.

It's happened in front of me too. This Isn't just a problem with him men are the same with me too which i find equally disrespectful.

Different strokes for different folks. Some people get down like that, I know a married couple who both have affairs, they know about them too.

But I'd be more concerned why it keeps happening to your dh

In what environment is this happening? One where it is normal and reasonably expected that many people are available for sex? Eg clubbing or late night in trendy pubs or something? Its just i cant imagine it happening in tesco or at a meeting of the ferret fanciers so perhaps some consideration should be given to the expectations that are standard in the places this is happening in?

These are women in shops and restaurants. He always pulls in tesco..
And one was a new temp at his workplace. He told her he was in a relationship and she then overstepped the line so I gave her a phone call.

My partner and I don't hide things from each other so he tells me things like this. I would of been pretty pissed if I found out the woman at work had been throwing herself at him for months without him mentioning it. With all cards on the table there is nothing to hide.

YANBU but you should have widened your title to include disrespectful men, both the ones in relationships who hit on other women, and ones who try to hit on women already in relationships.

Disrespectful people, in other words.

Trouble is, it's all a bit "alpha male, alpha female" bollocks - we should be above and beyond all that, we're not still bloody chimps ffs! - but some people just aren't.

If it's happening in tesco and restaurants then there must be something about him that gives out an "i'm up for it vibe" (unless you live on love island Grin)

I've had maybe two men do the "just lose the boyfriend and me and you can get together" thing in my life and i've been out plenty. They were both in a pub.

He works in a place full of 40+ year old men. So when a new 24 year old girl starts work she made a beeline for the youngest guy there my partner 24.

I don't think it is necessarily the way he looks because men can be like that with me too and I am not what I would say seriously good looking.
It seems to be a common problem amongst people I know.
