My partner told friends that she has had 110 partners last night

My partner of 7 years who is 40 told some friends that she had slept with approximately 110 men in the past. I did know this, but feel angry that she decided to tell others. It was at a school reunion do that I was not at. The question was specifically asked in a finding out game. I don't understand why she didn't tell them to mind their own business or lie.

She has hinted at it before to my brother too. May have actually told him but I'm unsure.

Why would she do this? Am I wrong to feel aggrieved about this?
Thanks
Confused and angry bloke

Im one of those who couldnt care less how many sexual partners a person has had. Its their choice, and who is to say what is a 'correct' number anyway? I don't get why the point is being laboured re. people judging her on how many partners she's had, when its perfectly clear that isnt an issue for some.

What strikes me is her disrespect for herself and her DH (who I believe she doesn't like, hence making sure he knew what she said to her mates) and her indiscretion. Not to mention inconsideration.

Also that some appear to think she's somehow struck a blow for women by blabbing about her sex life. Anyone can do that - nothing special about having a loose mouth and trying to show up someone else in the process. I wouldn't like it if my OH sat there with his mates going on about how many women he's gone through. What's to like? & I believe most women wouldn't like it but on MN you've got to appear to be the tough woman who calls all the shots. In reality Im certain most people would be annoyed. & would likely land on here 'I heard my DH bragging to his mates about how many women he's had sex with' then we'd all be drowned in the 'He's a twat/he's childish & missing his single days/Id have it out with him/he's no respect for you as his DW' chorus.
