Errr, no Phil. Rape/molestation has ALWAYS been wrong, you daft twat. Yes, they were sexist times but there is a world of difference between sexual assaults on underage girls and sexist banter/inequality in the workplace.

Urgh, can't stand fs. Apparently he defended himself at his stand up gig saying that his legal team would rip her to shreds, or something similar. Vile and undignified even if he is innocent. I find his denial of ever appearing on a bbc show, meeting the victim or appearing on a JS programme pathetic. They found footage of him sat next to the alleged victim on a JS show filmed at the bbc.

I also think ps is a prize twat. I seem to remember him saying once on tm that some rape victims are asking for it because of how they dress. So by that logic, when I was in bed with my then boyfriend and said no, and that if he continued it was rape, it was my fault he continued because I'd gone to bed with him.

Not only is it damaging to women but it's exactly the attitude that would stop women reporting rapes.

I think what you ALL have to do is accept and understand that this story is growing and developing everyday and therefore opinions/attitudes and feelings change daily! I didn't think Phil expressed it very well the other day when he was trying to say that things were different in those days. It reminded me of when I was 17 and a guy at work was saying disgusting things to me in private, never in front of anyone. It was only when another guy in the office noticed I was upset one day and I told him, that HE took it to my boss. In retrospect, I didn't even KNOW that was an option!!! So I kind of understand. Think of sexual harrassment in the workplace. Back then, if someone smacked you on the bum, you had no rights to take it any further, you had to put up with it.

Anyway, I'm only using that as an example of OUR naivety then. Things ARE different now. PS generally is an excellent journalist. He asks the questions that people want to know the answers to, whether you want to admit it or not!

No. Where did you get the info that something happened with this man and post the photo? All I've seen is twitter rumours and one online article.

It's one thing to feel empathy for an abusers family but to say that to the victims is another thing entirely and to say so is completely inappropriate.

I never liked JS and all the fawning over PS is getting on my nerves, everyone saying how brave he is. He's gay, so what? The only people affected are his wife and kids. If you want to see what brave looks like, look at videos of the RNLI or the mountain rescue team who had to recue those bloody idiots the other day!
