"Although I know it isn't real, just for the record, we knew 2 people who sadly got pancreatic cancer. 1 died in 6 weeks and the other was only diagnosed about 48 hours before he passed away. It's an awful cancer that they sometimes don't pick up till very late."
True, although my Dad died of cancer and in his last days he couldn't even hold a cup to drink from. She's managed to pencil on her eyebrows, put in her earring and go downstairs to ask for a G&T!
