Although I know it isn't real, just for the record, we knew 2 people who sadly got pancreatic cancer. 1 died in 6 weeks and the other was only diagnosed about 48 hours before he passed away. It's an awful cancer that they sometimes don't pick up till very late.

But that's by the by as this is not real
