I dont think any of the posters who are defending dbf/val are denying she can be too aggressive some times. She is passionate about her beliefs and imo also has other major issues going on in her life which mean that she may do well-if she is reinstated-to remove herself from certain threads.

I am quite shocked that DBF and Val are the same person - how has this been allowed in the past though.

Just wanted to add my voice to those asking for DBF's ban to be lifted. She always offered great, practical advice - and animals need people like her to fight their corner.

I'm also wondering what Justine's problem is with DBF. A little hypocritical to speak of 'personal attacks' when you seem to be acting out of personal dislike for a particular poster. Perhaps some of the things she says are uncomfortable for you to hear?

well I didnt see the thread until someone linked to it on here. I would have put it in a nicer way than DBF but that is my style, not hers.

And for the record I DO disagree with DBF on some threads, I dont always agree with her. I can and do put my point of view across on the doghouse and other areas of mumsnet too.

dbf/val was NEVER sock puppetry, she just changed her name. i hardly ever read those dog boards (because, er, they were weird and aggressive) and even i knew that.
