Come hither all those who haven't found their place on mumsnet, have scrapped in Aibu or crossed words in chat. The buddy bench shalt not judge.

The buddy bench will hand out wine and cakes, it will join you on your scoffathons getting pissed

All those who enter the Gazebo and sit on the bench, will have their sins erased and be given a warm welcome and cheerful chat from CheerfulYank, gomummy, tired mum, Elmo, AF, HE, Cheesey and far, far too many more to mention.

Welcome to the buddy bench, we look forward to meeting you all Smile

Oh and don't forget, last one to leave polishes bench and locks up !

elmofan · 23/09/2010 20:08

Yes tiredmum its the latest dsxl, ooh that sounds good. Im rubbish with anything technical tbh.

But ds loves gadgets.

Tiredmumno1 · 23/09/2010 20:12

Lol elmo, i love playing it, i think it has some good games, it helps me relax, and the camera part is funny to muck about with

CheerfulYank · 23/09/2010 20:36

Oooh, I want a hat, I want a hat!

Totally jealous of everyone getting their holiday shopping done, I must try to get it done earlier this year. It's always hard to buy early for DH because our anniversary is in October and then his birthday in November, and he's tough to buy for. Hmmm...

Also, Benchers, I need you to be my intervetion and keep my away from the religion threads. It never goes well! :)

gomummy · 23/09/2010 20:45

LOL, Cheerful what have you done? (Link please!) :) I'm sure we can organize an intervention. You'll know us coming for the intervention by the hats.

teaandcakeplease · 23/09/2010 21:04

i have just found the AF fan c
lub thread -well deserved.

Trying to work out if I've missed something here Elmo, Can you link for me?

Cheerful I try and stay away from religion threads as I actually believe in God, but I think faith can be a personal thing iyswim, nobody has ever been able to agree on religion have they? Grin LOL

Tea i can not do links Blush but if you press on my profile & scroll down to the threads list im on you will see AF fan club thread . HTH

teaandcakeplease · 23/09/2010 21:26

Ahhh thank you me dear.

Now now you can learn to do links my lovely, it's on the right near the bottom, but I@ll copy and paste it:

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the web address (URL) surrounded by and . So type www.mumsnet.com to display a link like www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at this page", would display "Look at this page.

Go on give it a go Smile
