Apart from the fact according to the info only 2.8m people get PIP and UC LCWRA payments it also says only 3.5mil people get PIP in the first place.
Also how can they possibly know exactly how many will lose it? Have the actually sat and read every single assessment and decision? Then has medical people read and decide the decision was wrong? Based on what? Because they haven’t even designed an actual assessment criteria to be working off of in future to my knowledge.
And people actually buy this shit. There is literally NO WAY they can forecast these figures - just decide they are going to do things differently.
And that’s being generous over the fact they can’t even get ten figures right that even me - Joe Public - can find!
