I won't call him stupid...

Quite wise. Six letters may be too much of a challenge.

Or anyone else.

It’s a bit sad really to keep posting all the usual bollocks on a thread where it’s greeted with incredulous hilarity. What a waste of time and energy.

Piggywaspushed · 22/07/2026 13:59

See also 'freak show'. I mean what's with that?

And the repeated blustering that 'no one has heard of' Burnham. Can't help you with your own ignorance, lovey.

Maybe they mean "no one in Russia has heard of Burnham ?"

At least I'm not likely to end up sitting next to him on my travels.

Forget £2 bus caps and VAT free energy. What the UK really needs is the laugh emoji back.

Im reminded somewhat of Nikki from Big Brother, waving her arms about indignantly. Niche .

So you don't like Labour. Tough shit, they are in government for the next three years. You will just have to suck it up, buttercup. Oh and btw:

That’s very encouraging, let’s hope Burnham can build on that and not score unnecessary own goals.

😄 that was classic.

What happened to her was very sad.

I have voted for Labour and conservatives over the years. I don’t mind sharing that information.

Fortunately, Burnham has no mandate and is literally an imposter at this point. Until he has a majority in a GE or will carry little to no authority whatsoever. Starmer wasted two years, soon this nightmare will be over. Sooner if the corruption surfaces faster than the Burnham team can close it down.

Your man is facing a shit load of scrutiny in the next few weeks and months. His honeymoon ended yesterday and now the gloves are off. This country is utterly sick of the Labour freak show.

So May, Truss and Sunak were all good for you in becoming leaders without an election?

Plus Tice stood aside as leader of Reform to make way for Farage without a member or executive vote in 2024.

Just had a weasel dash across the decking. The bugger refused to stop for a photo.

Reminded me of this photo 😁

They do literally punch above their weight.

No match for territorial magpies though, other than in terms of speed and agility.

BIWI · 22/07/2026 14:54

I'm amazed at your apparent ability to speak for the whole of Britain @SummerPeonies2026

The thing is Labour’s implosion and the coup has gone down extremely badly with most of the nation - and now we are stuck with some smug geezer no one has even heard of wanting us to now call him PM.

If you, or anyone else, haven't heard of Andy Burnham before now, you are sadly very ignorant. And we will be calling him Prime Minister, because he is.

It’s an utter joke, and whatever remained of Labour voters all over the country have now defected. Quietly without a word, at the horror of what has happened in the last few months.

Have they? Have you got the stats for that?

Because you all live in an echo chamber and surround yourself with nodding dogs no doubt you will be surprised to learn that the rest of our country is fucking aghast - Labour are over. Done. Lost for good. There is no coming back from this. You are the only ones that seem surprised.

Latest polling shows that intention to vote Labour has increased by 8% since Andy Burnham became Prime Minister.

If you had ever bothered to read any of these threads you would quickly see that it is nowhere near an echo chamber. There are people of different political persuasions and, even where we might share the same political leanings, very frequent debates and sometimes even arguments.

Not really sure why you're here, as you're not hear to debate or discuss. Just to shout ignorant nonsense at us.

I guess, like keeping scammers on the phone, while they are here we know they aren't doing any harm anywhere else. Better they waste that bile here than risk spreading it to the undeserving.

Anyone who hadn't heard of Burnham before he made his intentions clear a few weeks ago obviously isn't very clued up on politics in this country.

I’m asking as, having kept an eye on this thread since it started, it seems “outsiders” seem to not be as accepted. Just asking because if it’s the case that it’s a close knit community I won’t bother.

I've only been on this thread for a couple of years or so and I've never felt like an 'outsider'.

The ex-CEO of Southern Water faces a charge of conspiracy to defraud alongside three other former employees, it can now be reported.

Matthew Wright is accused of trying to cheat wastewater testing rules under the Operator Self-Monitoring (OSM) compliance regime.

I wonder that too. It’s not as if she’s going to convince anyone on here.
