yes, the actual temperature is a fact but how somebody feels about it cant be quantified. Also doesnt take into account wether they are working or on holiday, are young or old, have health problems, are dealing with small children or worried about pets.
Millions of variables that can make the weather 'feel' subjectively worse!

I think it's embarrassing how people are over reacting. Get a grip. It's not even hot.

It's even more embarrassing after hearing people complain all last winter about how bad and cold the weather was.

Agree. I’m normally very healthy except for the heat. When everyone else is moaning about the cold I never complain. When I had what the doctor believes was a seizure some years ago now during a particularly nasty heatwave and in a workplace where the air conditioning had failed as it couldn’t keep up, I was told I was “very lucky “. I never did well in the heat anyway but this really did make me realise I can’t take my usually robust constitution for granted.

Well that rather depends entirely on where you are doesn't it...a bloody daft statement to make assuming everyone else has the same temperatures.

It's currently 33 degrees outside where I am with no cloud cover or breeze and I can assure you it is in my humble opinion not what I would describe as a lovely day.

It’s called something like theory of mind that eventually helps us realise that just because you believe something doesn’t mean other people do.

Your statement was it's not even hot which is accurate only to you. The south east is a very large area and I'm sure there are plenty of people in the south east who would describe the weather where they are as hot.

You do not think 33 degrees is hot and that's fine but I do think it's hot and I wouldn't make such a blanket statement that disregards the opinions of others.

You didn't say that was your opinion though, you said it as though it was a fact. If you can't see the difference then there isn't much point engaging in a discussion.

Wouldn't it be good if we could get wind turbines to blow the hot weather north and the cooler weather south so that we could all enjoy an ambient 25 degrees. London is hell on earth in temperatures of mid 30s which feel like mid 40s.

You didn't have a problem with them doing it. But when I write "it's not hot", all of a sudden only I should write " In my opinion"

As I'm sure you know, the temperature is different all across this large country. My friend just told me it is 24 degrees in her town.
