What's the most attractive thing a man has done unintentionally?

worldshottestmom · 05/06/2026 20:35

Can be your DH/DP/random man. I'm single, so my instances will be of a random man.

When I was at work recently, a man who works there, who is really chatty with me, asked me how my birthday was and idk why but it was such a turn on. Literally no-one else remembered, and I don't expect them to as I don't make a fuss of it, so the fact he remembered it was just really attractive. The bar is in hell guys, pray for me.

Another time was a few months ago; we had a contractor come in to work to fix the lift. We let on and asked how each other is etc, I mentioned being annoyed as I hadn't been able to take a break yet after 6 hours work, so he said go for your break and if anyone says anything he will sort them out. Already a turn on. I go for my break, come back and he is arguing with my manager that I should have had a break by now because of working so long etc. I think I may keep breaking the lift in hopes that he comes back.

Making this thread as I've been on a lot of threads today that ended up being really negative and want a shred of positivity on my Friday night - so, what is the most unintentionally attractive thing that a man has done that you found attractive?

Ours weighs 45kg so I'll never meet anyone who can do that. Lucky you.

Ours weighs 2.5kg so he’s not exerting himself but it gets me every time 😍🤣

H is wonderful but can’t do DIY (at all!) ….. considering getting him a tool belt because they look so good. We’ve been married 45 years so I’ve left it a bit late 🤣 I’m always envious of wives who have H who can do DIY btw.

bedfrog · 07/06/2026 15:43

We were newly married and on holiday in an airbnb in the Scottish Highlands.
He took a frying pan out of the cupboard, noticed the handle was loose, and went to his bag and got out a screwdriver (!) that he'd packed "just in case", and fixed the pan. I'd asked him if he had one and he said "of course I have!"

Me ex used to vault fences and that was like the one thing I found attractive about him haha so I get that. That is so sweet of him though, he sounds lovely!

Been married 30 years this year.

Great thread op, and loving all your fun responses!

Sometimes if I meet DH (another rugby player op 😉 ) in the hallway of our house, me coming down the stairs, and him about to come up, he lifts me down from the last few steps, just for fun. Makes me a little weak at the knees!

Big men cuddling animals/babies/children will never not be the hottest thing ever tbh

Totally, my husband cuddling our cat is the cutest thing ever. She is such a Daddy's girl.

I feel you here relating to my last relationship; I was basically the man but without a penis. If anything needed fixing I was ready with my toolkit. Would much rather watch my imaginary hunk of husband do it all though

Buy him the toolbelt, take some pics and make a calendar. Ooh you could get him different uniforms; fireman, police, builder, a suit... the possibilities are endless 😉

Wow that is actually really hot. I love a man who is prepared! Weirdly enough my son asked me in a coffee shop the other day if I had a screwdriver to fix his bike. I said no because I dont carry screwdrivers around with me cos that would be weird. Maybe not as weird as I thought. Im putting one in my bag right now

Thank you! Its actually been so enjoyable and such a laugh haha

Oof all these rugby players, if i had a man do that for me I would just melt into a puddle on the spot.

You know, I just suggested to someone that she make a calendar of her husband in various different uniforms. Now I'm thinking about it, I think everyone with a rugby husband should get a picture of them in their kit so we can make a calendar. DM me the photos and I will handle the rest, its no problem at all!!

Slightly different from the 'sexual attraction' thing, but attractive nonetheless - I went out for a walk with my DS and his (very new) baby daughter in her sling. He was fiddling around trying to get her head into a comfortable position and I just melted and thought 'yep, you're going to be a great dad'.

Aww that is honestly so sweet! I long for my children to become parents when they grow up so I can see things such as this, its so endearing

I get that. But it’s not sexy and no one can convince me otherwise.
One time someone answered “made me a cup of tea without me asking”.

it's not sexy to you. and that's ok. you don't have to.

so what's the sexiest thing a person of the gender of your preferred sexual activity has done?

I can only think one one shallow thing🐿️, which is a guy walking around a heavy metal festival in rocker boots, cargo pants and a pink tutu. I have no idea why the tutu had him sexy but he did. I love Bloodstock

These threads always very quickly devolve into men cleaning up cat sick and helping elderly relatives on here for some reason.
Or parallel parking/ reversing the car into a tricky spot. Every single time.

Came here to mention the time we were at a wedding and my husband noticed the bride's grandfather struggling to get up some steps. No-one else even noticed but he ran over to help him straight away. Sorry 😂

I also love seeing him in work mode, he comes across as much more confident and assured than he actually is!

And the way he speaks to our elderly girl dog, he's so sweet and patient with her. 😍

Loving all these men fulfilling caring roles and actually showing an emotional side!! Rare these days but we love it, so attractive

I once knew this man, he worked in my local shop, there used to be this cat that would wonder in to the shop, so he’d pick the cat up cuddling him and talking to him and would put him back outside.
i got to know him as a friend, and after he quit working in the local shop, he got a job as a cook in an old people’s home- he once told me how he’d sometimes dance with the old ladies to cheer them up 🥹.
He had a rotten time with his love life, but eventually met someone and is now a father of two, he deserves every single happiness in the world

turbonerd · 07/06/2026 19:27

What a lovely thread. 🤩
It’s usually kindness for me too. My Dh is the kindest man I know. My ex was horrendous so to be with someone kind every day is just wonderful.

But unexpected hotness;
one guy I went to secondary school with plays in a brass band. We’re nearly 50 and I’ve never fancied him whatsoever. Just say hi, see him on the occasional party. He’s also married. But one day a few years back the brass band was playing at a sort of official celebration and he played a trumpet solo that was out of this world. I don’t like trumpets or solos usually, but was just blown away by how well he played!

Another one is a guy that’s younger than me, who for the past ten years always have been rather flustered in an endearing sort of way whenever I’ve met him on functions. He used to be a colleague of my DH. Just last year I caught him staring at me, not creepy, just a bit longingly, and it suddenly dawned on me that he probs had a crush. I got butterflies! He’s a handsome lad, so it made me happy 😄

Awww he sounds like an absolute sweetheart! I just love it when it works out in the end for these kind of people, and as we know there is nothing more attractive than men rescuing/cuddling animals 🥹

Im so glad you have a kind and lovely husband now! My last relationship was very abusive and I'm so cautious about being with someone else because you just never know, but I hope I'm able to find someone nice!

Honestly theres something about classical music that I find sexy. It has such an elegance to it, i for sure would have found that hot, too.

Omg people having secret crushes on me is my favourite lmao. Idk why but the admiration from a distance is just so hot, even if you dont like them back haha. Always helps when theyre handsome like your admirer is, too 😉

Why is everyone on here's husband so damn hot. Delivering a lamb?? Such a man. If you ever divorce please DM me

It's not exactly hard to deliver a lamb. The ewe does it, and if the lamb gets stuck, you just pull the fucker out by its hooves. Then you swing it around to get rid of the gunk in its mouth.

The farmer ex I had knew how to deliver lambs and he was the same man who refused to drive me three miles to get some sanitary pads when I came on unexpectedly. 😡

NameChangeMay2026 · 08/06/2026 04:03

worldshottestmom · 06/06/2026 18:34

Omg wtf what an absolute piece of shit. So glad you did not marry him. How inconsiderate of a twat do you have to be to not do a 30 min roundtrip drive to get your gf some pads ffs. Biggest turn off ever. If that was me would of free bled everywhere just to make a point

Awww, thanks for the support! Yeah, he was a peach. I remember that when we stayed at the farm, he refused to sleep with me in the double bed in the guest room after sex, preferring to go back to his single. I was only 20 so too young to see that he was too arrogant and in love with himself to truly love any woman. He was very good-looking. After we did eventually break up, a friend of mine who'd known him fairly well said she thought he absolutely loved himself.

He's 54 now and still never married, although he does have a partner of twenty years and a nine-year-old daughter. But they're not even engaged. The UK isn't her home country and she has no family here, so I imagine it would mean a lot to her if they married. And really, what woman doesn't want to marry her boyfriend of twenty years with whom she shares a child? I think it's a dick move to be in such a long-term relationship with a woman and have a child with her, and not even give her an engagement ring.
